Works great I’ve bought 2!
This is the second time I’ve purchased this radio for two separate vehicles, even tho Boss is considered to be cheap I was a an audio tech for a few years and I never seemed to have any issues with installing this radio, it’s a single den which makes it great for the super tight install where sometimes a double din won’t install correctly, it also is a very simple wiring process to most of all wire adapters, I decided to purchase one for my self and I can say it preforms amazing for its price. Sound is very clear, takes just a few seconds to boot up and Apple car play is awesome, I did have a problem with the radio turning the volume to 0 every time someone called and I couldn’t hear them without quickly turning the volume up after answering with Apple car play however I went into the settings of the unit it’s self (not Apple CarPlay settings) and found it was because the units presets were to answer calls at volume zero there I found I was capable of setting the volume I pleased for not only this but several other presets to what ever I liked which was very nice and convenient, over all I’ve had the unit for a month and as long as the install is done correct the unit preforms awesome!

It Fits Well In My 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ
This radio head unit is really nice for a budget stereo. I got it for half the price cause it was refurbished so under $200 I think it was worth it. I would not pay any more for that.Pros:- Responsive- Works- Some customization- Easy installation- Labeled wires with instructionsCons:- Colors are washed out- Doesn’t 360 swivel- Have to push two buttons on both sides and pull at the same time in order to remove screen which is kind of a pain.- I really don’t like the animation it’s long and I can’t find a way to disable itOverall it’s a decent stereo but for the same price I would buy a Sony or pioneer the only reason I bought it was because it fit in my Jeep with a din and a half stereo and a lip above where the stereo is so I had limitations

Great up grade for an old car
This was a great purchase. It works perfectly. The screen is quick and bright. Android auto is seemless. Couldn't even tell its refurbished. The sound is great, though I am using amplifiers the rca outputs seem to be clear and strong. Install was straight forward. I may have preferred to get the 9 inch size for my 04 WRX but that's on me. Definitely buy this and save yourself a few hundred dollars.

The UI is way too buggy
The screen is beautiful and the unit is packed with features but the UI is a real let down. Full of bugs and connectivity issues, and even after multiple factory resets ran into freezup issues. The UI ultimately ruined the experience. Had to send it back.

Single din touch screen for a reasonable price.
Works great for the price point, easy to mount and install in older vehicles (1981 trans-am) with no trouble. The back up camera function works, but is a bit slow to change to as it isn’t automatic like modern cars.

Awesome product.
The product itself is way cool! Love the screen and interface. My big complaint is that I took the chance and bought refurbished and my android play just randomly stops working and I have to un plug then re plug in my device to get it working again. It's definitely the deck because I have a brand new phone and it's happened while parked so nothing is moving to cause the problem. Today the whole deck randomly reset so I am worried that will continue to get worse like the android car play has.

Promising, bad QC
I read theEasy install, functions well, gorgeous screen which was a little less sensitive to touch than I liked. As others have said, the unit comes preset to default the volume level to 0, and this is super annoying and felt like a glitch. However, the setting to change it is in the Audio menu, but you have to drag down to the hidden features, and there are no arrows indicating there are any hidden settings! The volume knob is a little laggy, and the OS is at times too.All that being what it is, as a factory replacement in my '07 Sprinter van, it was a huge upgrade. Then the volume response started lagging about 75 days into its life. At 80 days, the aforementioned volume settings defaulted back to 0 all the time, and my changing it would not "take". By day 88, the knob was fully unresponsive, and with the settings not taking, the unit was effectively useless, except as a display for CarPlay maps. This all happened right before my driving 2000 miles. I drove without a stereo all the way home. So, maybe
