I got this for a good price from Amazon Overstock. I hadn't done one of these Mini Town builds before and was curious. I'm really pleased with the end result. If you like detailed builds and have the time to invest, I recommend these, especially if you can find a sale. It's not going to be done in a few hours if you're a perfectionist like me. I spent about 3 days of leisurely building. The directions are good. I had spares of some of the paper items. You will need some tools. I recommend an exacto knife, a ruler with mm, a good white glue, a super glue, tweezers and precision tip glue bottles.It came with some clear glue and bulky plastic tweezers.

Plastic used for the "glass" in the windows is super scratched. Some warped wood pieces.

This is a very small Bookstore kit. The foam filling for the base of the paper book covers was not nearly as neat as the wooden cutouts used for the base of book covers in other larger Rolife kits. The instructions could have been been organized in an easier to follow sequence. Some cutouts had no written instructions to match. I will not order another small kit. I like to work on a larger product. This kit had glue included which was very helpful to have!!

It was a great project for my daughter and I to complete together! The pieces are indeed small, but it's in the description so be aware that pieces will go flying and unfound when a dog's tail or a cat's jerk behavior comes around to screw it up. 5 stars!

Everything is ok except the shop roof is hard and confusing to build.

Another great building kit from Rolife.They make fantastic DIY kits and have working lights as well. Their stuff is always so detailed, and I particularly love the little windows and lights here. It can be time-consuming to put together the more intricate ones -- you'll need glue, tweezers, and other things -- but it's very relaxing and pleasant to build.
