I bought these to steak my plants but find they are so sturdy and well-made I have found multiple uses for them in my kitchen. I use them to prop a lid up instead of a spoon, the tips are sharp enough to poke a small hole at the end of an egg before boiling it, I cut one into smaller pieces and use it to stir small jars of Coconut oil with essential oils I make. I think they would come in handy for use in mini hobbies arts and crafts as well. They are not just plant stakes.

These bamboo plant stakes were easy to use when packing plants to be shipped during a cross-country move. I also bought some plant tape, and they worked together to create a perfect system for keeping my bigger plants standing tall!Unfortunately, just because I spent 2-hours carefully packing my plants doesn't mean that UPS still won't destroy them all. However, amidst the destruction and torn-up plants, the bamboo plant skewers had not broken or snapped!

These get the job done for lightweight plants or propagations. Wouldn't recommend for heavier plants, as they can tilt in the soil easily.
