Fills you up without added sugars. I just mixed this with a half of a cup of water and a half of a cup of low sugar orange juice and it was perfect. Not too sweet but not too bland.

If you use the amount they say to use, it is thick like pudding but doesn't taste good. I tried cutting the amount in half and it still is too thick added more stevia and it won't get any better. They won't refund my purchase price, probably because everyone who tries this would return this.

Very easy to digest. Mixes easily with Almond milk. I have some metabolic medical issues. Regular blood work. I can see a improvement in blood numbers since using this product.

Although this is expensive, I feel it’s worth it ! It has a little aftertaste but not bad that’s why I didn’t give it 5stars. I feel great and feel like I’m building muscle. I have this instead of dinner after my workouts and is very satisfying.

I don't know what it is but this taste bad. It thicken up but that was alright, the flavor was horrible. Arbonne taste much better but cost more. I'm sticking with Arbonne.
