To early to write about benefits of this product, but lemon and lime is to sweet. Taste like hard candy nothing refreshing. It makes you thirsty and nousius from sweetnes. I would not recommend.

I know with some energy/caffeine drinks that can cost a pound upwards for a single bottle at least with this 40 serving tub and at £19.99 (at time of review) it's not bad value considering you could pay way more purchasing ready made energy drinks. (at 1 serving per day this would work out at around 50p for a 250-300ml energy drink)The serving recommends either 1 or 2 scoops and I first tried 2 scoops to the recommended amount of water and I just couldn't drink it. It was wayyyyyy tooo sweet, bitter and chemically tasting all rolled into 1. I chose the lemon and lime flavour.I would suggest using 1 scoop initially so you get a taste for it or slightly less.This energy drink contains caffeine and is claims to increase energy and focus which it seems to achieve quite quick after consumption.It has a lot of 100% daily value consumption B vitamins such as B1, B3 and B9 and contains a huge amount of B12 at 1667%!!!The supplement ingredients are clearly stated on the tub.This finely powdered mix is supplied in a sealed container and has a vague looking batch number and best before stamped onto the tub of around 2 years from date of purchase and has a serving scoop included.This is sugar free, gluten free and vegan friendly but this drink isn't advised to anyone with hypertension/high blood pressure, under 18s, if you're pregnant or breastfeeding and if you have a medical condition.As with all sports supplements check with your health care professional if this energy drink is ok to use.I will probably continue using this sporadically tbh whenever I need a boost in energy then I'll mix one up.... But this isn't a drink I'd drink every day, I would definitely get sick of the taste and I have a sweet tooth and even I think this is very very sweet indeed and that's why I'd only say to use 1 scoop initially.

The “Amino Lean Energy and Metabolism Formula” from “EFECTIV” is a powder supplement which you mix with water and it’s supposed to provide you with added energy and focus.The best before date on the one I received was January 2024. I ordered it in June of 2022, so the one I received had roughly 1.5 years on its date.You get roughly 40 servings in these pots. At twenty-quid (the current pricing) that works out at 50p per energy drink. That’s not bad. Well, about normal for these types of drinks.Flavour-wise, I ordered the “Icy Blue Razz” which is basically a Blue Raspberry flavour. First off – jeez is this stuff sweet as! We’re talking a real and instant hit of absolute pure sweetness. Enough to make you sit up and think your heart’s gonna explode in your chest.I had to sip this stuff ever-so-slowly, purely due to how sweet it is. Aside from the sweetness, the flavour really isn’t too bad. In fact, it’s quite refreshing with a cool zing to it. It does taste quite…how can I describe it...chemically. A sort of artificiality to the whole flavour. Like the closest it’s come to a raspberry is being shown a 128-bit digital rendering.Personally, I can live with this fake flavour and the knock-your-socks-off sweetness. And that’s because this badboy gives you a surge of energy. I use it when I’m pulling a late one at work. Smashing a 14hr shift and needing to stay absolutely focussed throughout. And having done this more than a few times with my pal “Amino Lean” sipped during the later hours of the night, I can hand on thumping heart say that it absolutely keeps you going and right on point. That’s what it’s there to do. That’s its objective. And this sweet-as-holy-hell concoction achieves its mission perfectly.

Firstly this must have a ton of colouring in it as the drink turned bright blue and I accidentally spilt a bit on the work top and it stained it!I decided to try a single serving before a post work evening cardio session but as it tasted pretty weak I decided to make it a double. Taste wise it’s really chemically, not as nice as a different blue raz product I have and reminded slightly of those bright blue slush puppies of my youth.There is nothing particularly ground breaking in the drink and at £20 for 40 servings it is more expensive than some similar products, but equally cheaper than others. It’s neither a good pre-workout, intra-workout or fat burner although it tries to do a little bit of everything which might be a simple all round solution for some people.At 80mg of caffeine per serving this is lower than many other products so may be good for those who prefer to keep caffeine ingestion lower. I drank around half before my workout and half during and it got me through my steady state cardio and HIIT work without feeling too exhausted or hyper so I guess it did it’s job.I was initially going to give this 3 stars but on reflection thought maybe I was being a bit harsh. It’s a reasonable starting point for someone looking for an gym supplement and it did get me though my workout when I was feeling really tired. I think I’m just used to something a little stronger plus I use a number of different more targeted products for the various phases of exercise.Update: As this wasn’t working for me as a stand alone I decided to keep using my using pre-workout but replace my intra-workout BCAA drink to get this used up. Well that turned out to be an inspired decision as it keeps the energy sustained throughout a hard lifting session whereas before, depending on which pre-workout product I’d been using, I’d often experience a lag of energy part way through. I am aware that teaming this with a pre-workout means pretty high doses of some nutrients so I’m being careful not use with a really high caffeine content pre that I have. I will try a different flavour next time though as I end up with bright blue lips and tongue from all the colouring in the blue raz flavour!
