Wonderful product for foot problems. Comfortably surrounds your foot, very easy to slip on. I can't put them on right out of the freezer, way too cold for me. I lay them on top of my feet for a minute or so, then slip them on. For me they lasted longer then what other reviews stated. I'm so glad I purchased two sets.

I had major foot surgery less than a year ago and have been looking for the perfect ice pack ever since. This bad boy is breathable, comfortable, and stays cold for about 30 minutes at a time. I can walk on it, wear it at work if I need to, and even sleep in it (on accident) without straining my foot in a certain position. Falling asleep with a tediously wrapped ice pack on your messed up foot will bode for a horrible next day. I will say it fits loosely, but not slipping off. I wear a size 10 shoe and purchased size large. It covers literally everywhere you need it to and only takes about 2 hours to fully freeze, unlike regular ice packs that take the whole day. The ONLY con to this is that someone with a fresh injury or surgery might not be able to slide this onto their foot as it is one big toeless frozen sock, but it does not get hard like regular ice. But if I’m being totally honest it’s so big that I think I would’ve been able to handle putting it on about 2/3 months post-op. If you’re debating buying this, do it!

I loved the fact that it fits, stretching to adapt to your size. It doesn’t stay cold very long and that is my only complaint. If they could change that component, then it would be perfect.

If you need to apply cold to your feet, these are ideal.I had a heel issue, and found that could wrap the toe-end portion up over the rest of the cold pack and thereby control where the cold is applied a little better and keep my toes from freezing. Close fitting to your skin, and wraps around everything very nicely. Comfortable - except for the cold, of course.

Does what it’s supposed to but doesn’t last super long before you have to freeze again.

I bought this for a sprained ankle. So far it has not only had that use but it also has went through 2 completely different surgeries for other people. One was for melanoma removal from my mother's face. We just took it & laid it across her face to get the swelling down & the other was for my nephew's tonsillectomy. Did the same there to, just laid it across his neck. Worked well all three times so for. Very flexible & very easy to just lay in the freezer to cool & use.

This product is great! I broke my leg and ankle. I went through a few variations of ice packs until I found this. This is just right, because it is like wearing ice socks - perfect for reducing swelling and inflammation right where it is needed - not close/near as inadequate ice packs are capable of doing.

This is so much easier to use than an ice pack. It conforms to the foot and feels wonderful. No more fighting to get the ice pack to stay in the right spot. Stays cool for at least 20 minutes which is the medically recommended duration for icing.
