Works great but it’s shaky when not in use -when all the axes are locked, they make clicking noise as if they’re not all screwed.

I am a long-time AirCross user. Once I saw AC3 available on Amazon and watched several YouTube review videos, I decided to upgrade AC3. Even though AC2 is lighter and bigger than AC3, AC3 has some key features that attract me. The newer guy is much more compact (about A4 size paper, easy to travel), has much better-built materials (metal body vs. AC2 plastics shell), and more balance on the movement. Besides that, AC3 has a built-in 3500mAh high-capacity battery which reaches up to 9V 2A fast-charging rate (AC2 is 3000). I don’t need to recharge at all (The full charge can last about 20 hr). I can plug it into the external power bank and fill it up if I need to charge. A new simpler menu system also makes my day easier. It is effortless and straightforward. I don’t need to keep switching to the sub-menu and get what I want. Something I don’t need to bring a manual with me, set up the config, and get my video done.AC3 comes with 3-axis red color locks, which can easily switch classic, dual handle, and sling modes for more flexibility and swing at different angles. I can add my Rode microphone, grip extension, or tripod. The new AI chip in AC3 makes the movement smarter and smoother tracking. While filming a video myself, I can use my hand gesture to control my Moza.I also like it comes with a nice soft carry case instead of the old plastic, cheap-feeling one. Easy to clean the surface and identify my gear. Moza customer service team is fantastic and one of the best in the market. If I need help on the Moza app, I can shoot them an email and get a response the next day. The app always releases new firmware to keep my AC3 better and like a new one daily.

当方 SONY ZV-E1 + TAMRON 20-40 F2.8 に SmallRig + アルカスイス互換のF38クイックシューの環境です。FeiyuTech SCORP-C を使っていましたが、カメラを縦に取り付けるとペイロード不足（公証は2.1kgなのに、縦構図にすると1kg弱の重量でくたばってしまう...）なので、縦構図の使用に耐えれれるものを探していました。SCORP-Cも縦構図にトランスフォームする機能がボタンひとつで可能なのですが、ちょっと違う感じでしたので...。MOZA Aircross 3は、縦軸に直接、カメラを取り付けることが可能なので、これは大変便利です。ペイロードも問題有りません。ただし...製品自体の作りが粗雑過ぎます。まず、届いた時点で、各締め付けノブの調整がユルユル。そのままではノブを締めても各軸の長さが固定できないので、一度六角レンチでバラして、多少力を入れても動かないくらい締め付けられる位置に調整しないといけません。またこれは個体差なのかもしれませんが、私のところに届いたものは、通常の横構図で取り付けた場合に前後でバランスを撮るためのシュー部分が、なんとユルユルでノブをLOCK位置にしてもズレてしまいます。コレは致命的。一度バラして悪さをしているスプリングを取り除いて再度組み上げて、今は正常稼働するようになりました。ただし、六角レンチ対応のネジの材質が貧素で、一度緩めるとバカになってしまい、この価格でこんな粗雑な作り＆部品素材を使っているのかと思うとガッカリしますね...。自分には縦構図使用の件と、別製品のSlypod Proとの連携して撮影したいのでコレ以外選択肢がなく、様子を見ながら返品＆購入を何度か繰り返して当たりの個体が来るまでトライしてみるつもりです。完成度の高い個体が来ない限りは、上記の調整で半日以上は取られますので、特別な目的がない限りはFeiyuTech SCORP-Cの方が良いでしょう。またメニュー構成を見ましたが、かなりお手軽な内容でしか設定できないようですので、デッドバンドや強さ調整の設定を追い込むようでしたら、DJI RONINシリーズのほうが良いと思いました。MOZA様＞返品交換を正常な個体が来るまで繰り返しますので、きちんとした製品を送って下さい。よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Brand new, you balance the gimbal, you turn it on and stars spinning crazy, then goes into sleep mode. Contacted Amazon and they won't take the return because i'm 2 days late. I bought this on a trip and when I got home to try it, that was 2 days late....Thank you amazon, the worst costumer service

The gimbal works well enough as a gimbal - pretty standard stuff. It's well built and all that. However, I'm returning it because of 2 major problems: 1) It won't charge. The USB-C charge port appears to be dead because nothing I plug into it does anything. 2) The shutter cable for the Canon R6 doesn't work at all. I ordered a separate Moza cable thinking that might help and it did - it allowed me to take still photos from the gimbal, but there's no way to start/stop videos. The camera thinks it's trying to take photos when the camera is in video mode, so the screen just kinda flashes, but doesn't actually do anything. I've had nothing but problems with my Moza gear, so this is the end of the line for me. Fool me once...
