First review. Will follow up after a month.
The tower arrived this past Tuesday. So I have not had much use with the computer yet to give an honest review. As of now, no complaints. I do recommend to buy CCleaner to improve performance. CCleaner is a registry repair tool. The computer itself is very nice. Aesthetically pleasing. It is very quiet with a somewhat dim blue LED lights on the bottom left. Looks really nice and compliments my Logitech gaming mouse since it Logitech logo is lit up blue. It’s the little things. The computer runs very smooth and fluid. No lagging. Just let it boot up all the way before use. Downloaded Borderlands 2 and it looks gorgeous on my LG Ultrawide monitor. I’m very pleased up to this point. Will follow up later. The specs are solid with this computer. I personally prefer AMD processors and GPU’s. Has a liquid cooling system. It’s a very nice prebuilt gaming rig.

Forget about a decent Dell warranty if you buy your Dell from Amazon
The computer is fine, but the Dell warranty policy is a disgrace. Dell cheats you on the start date of the warranty and won't give you more than a short-term warranty. They want to force you to buy from them rather than Amazon for full coverage -- even though own their own Dell Marketing sold the computer to Amazon. Caveat emptor!

Beware
I received the computer, the box was retapped it looked like it was a returned open box the plastic around the computer was open the power cord was missing the reboot disk and manuals were missing. I booted up the pc and then it crashed few times. I called Dell and they said that it was a software issue and that I would have to pay extra because they original warranty only covered hardware. So I packed all back up and shipped back. Very upset with this purchase.

Performance is fine. However
Performance is fine. However, fan noise is too high. It is usually worse than a vacuum cleaner every 4 hours. This is a matter that must be fixed at Dell.

Very Nice Mid/Upper Tier Build
4/5 Stars! I really like this desktop and it has been performing well. Im going to keep this short and sweet!PROS:- Good price/performance on this model. It's honestly a bit of an odd combination but for the price you cant complain. (A 1700x is really high end as far as CPUS go but the 580 8gb is more of a middle tier (but still very good) GPU.- Nice designed case. This isnt some glowing gaudy RBG thing but it has some flair to it at least. You can see it in the PIC but the blue design work on the side and middle looks pretty cool. A really good entry level desktop for a budding enthusiast or a great setup for some workstation needs, Ryzen is a fantastic workstation chip with so many cores and the 580 8gb should run MOST editing/rendering type software.- RYZEN - this bad boy is loaded with a 1700x Ryzen CPU. This piece itself retails for about $360. It is overclockable as well! (ive seen some take it to 4 or 4.1 ghz) that being said, you may want to replace the stock cooler on this if you intend to do much OC'ing. It has seemingly some kind of after-market cpu cooler but it is not very large and not name-brand as far as I can tell.- GPU AMD 580 8g, this card is a super quality mid-end card for gaming as well as workstation needs that require a non-integrated graphics card. This part itself retails for about $250-300. So going back to the price/performance, these two parts alone cost almost $700 retail. That's pretty impressive. As far as gaming goes, this will push 1080p resolution at 60hz on MAX settings. It will run a 2k monitor but your FPS will not reach 60fps, it will be usable though. Not recommended with a 4k monitor at least for gaming in 4k. This tier of GPU is about on par with the GTX 1060 6gb. BUT REMEMBER, this card allows you to utilize FREESYNC monitors for fps smoothing. Freesync (as opposed to Gsync which works with NVIDIA GPUS) is FREE. Gysnch monitors run about another $100 over their freesync counterpart. This is a big deal and a great reason to grab an AMD GPU.- Dell Warranty and Support, this is a very substantial and strong reason to go with a prebuilt computer, dell has good support and a good warranty.CONS-No SSD, it has a 1tb hard drive which is great but not having an SSD hurts it for me. For most users, this isnt a big deal though.8gb of ram, this is more than sufficient for gaming purposes at the current time but 16gb is the sweet spot IMO. thankfully it is very easy to add a stick of ram to bump this up to 16gb if you so desire.Overall, this is a surprisingly fantastic desktop especially when considering the price/performance ratio, and the Ryzen CPU in this is one of the best consumer grade CPUS on the market, period. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is really the lack of a (reasonably cheap) SSD being included. I love it though!-

but pretty sure it's due to google-chrome
Just some warnings on the Fedora 26 install.1. You'll have to edit the boot loader, will not run off the live USB as is, and that was a real pain to figure out.2. Still have not figured out how to get sound from the HDMI TV(worked on Windows).3. Had some freezes, but pretty sure it's due to google-chrome.These are of-course all software... the machine seems awesome to me. It's been a couple of weeks using, and I've had no problems with fans or temperatures. Do wish I could dim or turn off the blue light as it's too bright for bedroom use.

Works Fine
The pc works just fine. It has a 460 watt power supply. Hopefully that is enough. It has an M. 2 2 pcie/ nvme ssd slot and an M. 2 1 sata ssd slot , according to the labels on the motherboard. It has one open ram slot . It is very quiet so far. It has everything that they advertised. It did not come with a windows installation disk but does give instructions on how to make a recovery drive. For the price I am satisfied..
