Cooked my 7lb Prime Rib Roast with bone in for Christmas in the Segretto Enamel Cast Iron Braiser and it turned out beautifully!!! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a Braiser Pan. Don’t gettaken by Le Creuset, save a whole lot of money and get the same results.What sold me was the excellent description of the Enamel Coating in that the Segretto has a 3 layer coating, which screams to me durability. Also found it interesting that none of the other brands mention a word about their Enamel coating. The more information you give about your product the better decision a consumer can make.

I use this pan often & absolutely love everything about it except it’s extremely heavy. But that’s ok because it cleans up so easily. It takes just a few minutes to hand wash…so happy I finally bought this 😊

Update: some foods do stick so I hope over time it does not discolor the cooking surface.So far I like the skillet however it is much heavier than I expected it to be. The color is very pretty and it arrived sooner than expected.
