Was looking for a versatile pencil style skirt that can be worn year round…I work in an office setting with business casual dress code. Tried it on with multiple tops (sweater tank, button down blouse, dolman sleeve sweater) and various shoe styles (low-heel sandals, ankle boots, basic pumps) and I love this skirt with ALL of it! Very much looking forward to wearing it! Material is slightly stretchy, but not too thin. It doesn’t seem to be sheer or see through at all. It is form fitting but not in a way that is inappropriate for work. I bought the black in a size small. I’m 5’3” and 118lbs for reference. I have a hard time with dresses and skirts ending up being too long because I’m short and my legs are really short too…but I have a long torso…if I wear this skirt right at my actual waist is comes down to just above my knees. Exactly what I was looking for! If I wore it up higher, like mid torso, it’d be a mini skirt. If I wore it lower, like at my hips, it would cover most of my knees. I was worried because I didn’t read the reviews until AFTER I purchased…while I waited for it arrive I went back and read them. Luckily I have not had any of the negative experiences that others had with this item. I feel that the sizing (for the small at least) was accurate; I usually wear x-small/small and 26/2 in all my pants/jeans/dresses/skirts and this skirt was no different. No complaints!

The base color is navy, not black like the photo. The skirt is surprisingly flattering. Wipes out the pooch when your head on. Also has a bit of compression effect. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and comfortable the dress is. The material is on the heavier side and not see through. I will wear it to work.

I have this skirt in 7 colors. I love fabric, the stretch, the thickness. I ordered the XXL because I don’t want a tight fit. NOW the XXL is way too tight. I purchased the green for myself but gave it to my daughter because the XXL is too tight. I know it’s supposed to fit tight, hence the “scuba” description, but it doesn’t work for me anymore.

Love this skirt. Super flattering and its thick so it’s not see thru. The fit of the black is pretty tight. I had to return for a size up.

I ordered this in an xl size, thinking that to make it hug my form, I should order a size down from what I usually wear, but even this was larger than I expected. It's super comfy though so I can't complain. To make it short, if you want it snug, maybe order a couple of sizes smaller then what you would usually get.

I'm 5ft. 7', busty with a gut.I pulled the skirt to fit half on my gut and it stops just above my knees.It is thin stretchy material.I would like for it to stop a little past my knees. Over all, I like it.

I bought the Brown skirt, it is see through. It is flattering for my shape. 5'4'-' 155, so I'll keep it.

Arrived early. First pencil scuba skirt I've purchased Fits Comfortably, true to size came down to just below the nees. Geat material with a bit a shine to it. Happy with purchase.

This pencil skirt is really nice . I fit medium and it’s true to size Canadian. The eggplant is true colour and well made . I bought other ones from Johnny and there well made .

Love this skirt. Beautiful material not see through. Length is just below the nee which I like. Some stretch so its comfortable to walk in. Colors are vibrant have it in jade and red. Will order in other colors.
