Exceeded All Expectations. Great for Adult Use. Serious FUN
The Razor Rambler 16 is ridiculous amounts of fun. I got it 1 month ahead of schedule. I got it $75 cheaper than my buddy got his for. It assembled in under 15 minutes. All you gotta do is unpack it, screw on the handle bars/risers and the seat. The tires were already inflated to their full amount. No other assembly required. I charged the battery for 24 hrs. The booklet said 12 hrs for the first charge but the website says 24 hrs so I went with the website. While the battery was charging I went over the bike with a wrench set testing everything and all the nuts and bolts and screws were tight. Nothing needed any kind of tightening or adjusting. My bro and I are in the 375 to 400 lb range and I had reservations about the bike being too small or not powerful enough to lug us around. Ended up worrying about nothing. The Rambler 16 had no problems whatsoever. We're both 6'3" tall and the bike felt fine to ride on. We look silly but I don't care. The bike reached its full 15mph with both of us. It takes a few seconds to get there but it does get there. We traded riding time on it all day and the battery is still strong enough to move us. It reached 102 degrees and you could feel there was a small bit of lag as the batteries and controller started warming up but we just put it inside for an hour until it cooled back down then brought it back out to ride and it handled perfectly fine. The operating temp says 10 degrees to 104 degrees F so we definitely pushed the Rambler on its first day. Maybe some day I'll put a bigger battery and controller on it for more speed and range but right now, as it is...it's pretty fun. No need to change anything about it. I'm gonna get the black one so we can ride together.

Awesome powerbike!
This is such an amazing bike!! I bought this as a gift for kids to ride around the property, and we have been super happy with it. They go about 25 mph, so you don't have to worry like you do with a gas one. The seat is big enough for a big and little to ride together and it does great on our dirt paths. It charges easily and the kids all love it! I've taken it out many times on the property myself haha it's a great price and feels safe.

Happiest daughter ever!
I bought this bike for my 13-year-old autistic daughter. We tried a regular bicycle and that didn't work to well for her to stop and go with, So I took a chance that maybe the minibike would be easier for her to drive. It was PERFECT for her. It was very easy to put together, easy to charge, the height was perfect for her to put her feet firmly on the ground and have more of control. The go throttle was easy for her to turn and brakes easy for her to squeeze to stop. The headlight worked really well at night Christmas eve because I could not get her to come inside. She was having too much fun. Minibike goes fast enough to move her but not so fast that it is scary. It is very sturdy and lightweight for us to pick up. This was the best gift I could have given her. The gift of driving and riding on her own. Thank you.

Solid but underpowered
I purchased for my 12 year old. I intentionally chose an item with a low top speed because for safety reasons. I like the top speed limit. 15 is just enough. I like the gradual acceleration. But it struggles on hills. The heavier the person the slower it goes. For a grown adult. Forget it. Walk. And after 50% of the charge is used it gets even slower and will just die on hills even as it rides well on flat pavement. They call it a rambler but there is no suspension, this for the road. Flat roads. It says 18 and up but that must be for liability reasons. And it says 11 miles. I’d call it 7. If I could do it again I’d choose a moderately more powerful bike with a speed limiter. You shouldn’t lose 50% of your speed on a modest hill. Having said this, my kid loves it right now. And it’s $500 bucks. C’mon. On flat ground it’s a lot of fun for everyone. My 12 year old enjoys it even slogging up hills. I think in 2 years he will have outgrown it but right now, exactly now, i gotta say it’s pretty great.

9/10, did a lot of research and am happy with my purchase!
I have worked on and rode 1970 mopeds for years, but couldn’t get over how bad they are for the environment and the constant break downs. I just needed something to ride around town and run to a couple stores. This does exactly that. For me, 15-16 mph is fast enough, and it’s so fun to ride. I think people just need to understand what they are getting with this bike. There is a reason those fancy boys are $1000+. You’re not going to be racing around over 15mph, doing anything off road, or going super long distances with this bike. But you will get a comfier seat than a traditional bike seat, a great option for quick trips, and a super awesome eco friendly option. I also get a lot of compliments and questions about it, people around my city love it! Here are some things to know before buying imo. 1) The most important for me is the lack of shocks. I have a realllly bad back and it can get a bit bumpy at times. Wouldn’t worry about it if you are able bodied though! 2) This comes in a big box fully assembled, outside of the seat and the handle bars. You can choose what angle to put your handle bars super easy and you just need an allen wrench to attach. 3) you need to charge the battery for 24 hours before riding it. 4) it needs a little push sometimes (just like a lime scooter). 5) razor has awesome customer service. Call them if you have any issues with the bike or battery - NOT Amazon customer service. 6) the foot pedals do not move, they are just to rest your feet on.
