The product is completely wire-free, the cameras pick up the WiFi signal from up to 50+ feet away, the app is easy to use and the whole process of instillation took about 15 minutes per camera, the resolution of the cameras is excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better security system, it's raining right now and the cameras are working like a charm.Their technical support are friendly and understanding, even though I wasnt fully paying attention to the instructions and had to call them, they were patient and very knowledgeable. A MUST HAVE PRODUCT if you're looking for a home security system that is very user friendly.

Ordered these camera and they have exceeded our expectations.. the night vision works well. The pictures are clear and covers a great range. Battery life lasts as expected. We’ve caught wild life at night. Super cool. Set up and mounting we’re easy. Would definitely recommend.

I bought 3 systems in June 2022 and I'm experiencing either the Camara company or the app - EsseEye or CloudEye restricting access to alerts (current day + 2 prior) unless you buy cloud services. I use a Tif card and initially i was able to see back 2 weeks and that changed within 60 days of ownership. Today (November 23, 2024) I cannot view on EsseCloud all 4 cameras. I pulled up CloudEye which the recommend and similar response. I'm not sure what's going on, but it would be helpful to have an email address to contact manufacturer for support. They only offer now, pre-canned FAQ. They do not address what I'm experiencing.

Battery life was subpar if this is put by a high traffic area. It would catch cars close to my drive way or catch branches from the wind without facial recognition. I didn’t try the audio quality to be honest so I can’t speak on that. Overall these were a hassle to go up & down to charge.

The battery life is very low, I had to change the cameras 4 times with in a week of installing them.

I am very impressed overall with this camera system. Easy to use. Good clear picture. Very satisfied with purchase.

The cameras were easy to set up. They have a clear picture to determine who is in the room or entering the building. We really like this product.

The battery on the camaras do not las and the unit dose not recognize the sd card so you can't record to a memory card there for you need to pay 3.99 per camara in order to save videos

Das Podukt war im ersten Moment leicht zu Installieren und dann zu verwenden. App geht auf alte Geräte leider nicht. Nach einem Jahr ist eine Kamera leider ausgefallen, aber über dem Support konnte ich dann die Kaputte Kamera austauschen, zum Glück. Die Kameras registrieren nicht alle Bewegungen, das ist sehr Schade.

Support was very good, I set up on mobile phone easily but found it problems when trying to set up on iPad which I wanted to do for bigger image to view, Support very quickly check and suggested an alternative app which worked first time, one satisfied customer Thank you to Support team Fred

Had a hiccup or two trying to get it going using the instructions, but really, by the time I was getting through those steps, it was already set up and working on its own. I was confused about the need to sign up for CloudEye and subscribe to the cloud service but we cancelled and now will use a memory card Instead

Ich habe die Kameras mit der Basisstation verbunden, diese mit dem I-Net und alles eingestellt.Bevor ich jetzt die Kameras an die Hauswand mit den lächerlich kleinen Schrauben befestigen wollte habe ich es drinnen ausprobiert. Selbst wenn zwei Kameras nebeneinander liegen gibt es keine Reaktion auf dem Handy. Manchmal gibt eine Kamera einen Alarmton von sich, aber eher selten. Das Licht leuchtete ein einziges mal bei etwa 30 Tests auf.Fest verbaute Akkus sind auch eher suboptimal und die Silikonverschlüsse für den Anschluss des Ladekabels sitzen bereits von Anfang an nicht richtig. Die Ladefunktion an sich ist sehr schlecht gelöst. Entweder muss man die Kamera abbauen oder mit einer Verlängerung von einer Steckdose zur Kamera. Also clever geht anders.Beschreibung nur in englisch.Das geht direkt wieder zurück.
