Made in the USA!
After doing some reading about the benefits of Resveratrol, I was happy to come across this product from VITACRLLYNMN. This supplement is advertised for heart health, anti-aging, cell renewal and immune system booster. I like that it's made in the USA. I like that it's non-GMO. The capsules are on the larger end, but goes down the throat easy with a gulp of water. Serving size is two capsules, so a jar is expected to last a month. From an impact perspective, I have not noticed any negative side effects. Comparing pricing to other products with a similar 100 mg of resveratrol may not be an accurate apples to apples comparison as this also has 1000 mg of wheat germ extract that's advertised to promote cell renewal. At the end of the day, this product gets 5 stars!

Fermented Wheat Germ and Resveratrol Together
Here is the reason I chose this product: About 2 yrs ago I was diagnosed with 2 different and unrelated cancers. I got right to work researching what I could do. One of the things that popped up was Fermented Wheat Germ and I started taking it. Recently I needed to order some more and when I came across this one I saw that it also contained Resveratrol. An interesting combination. Resveratrol is an antioxidant and claims to be anti aging and support brain health (mine needs all the help it can get!) among other things. It’s definitely a bonus in this supplement. I in no way shape or form think that a supplement can cure or stop cancer, but I do know that I want try to stay healthy and try everything I can to hold the cancers at bay if possible. I take several supplements and I’ve included this as part of my arsenal. I don’t know if any or all of them are helping but currently my cancers are stable and that makes me happy and hopeful. Do your research, this could be a good one to try.(PS I’m under the care of doctors and not just relying on supplements and diet)

Seemed to help improve my digestive health / activity
This is the first time I’ve tried a wheat germ supplement, but I do consume resveratrol regularly for the benefits it provides. This supplement combines resveratrol with zinc, thiamine and wheat germ. I am not as sure about the actual potency of this supplement as the quantity of each ingredient is rather low in comparison to other supplements. The pills are a white colored cellulose capsule that is reasonably small and easy to swallow. They come in a black plastic bottle with plastic screw on lid which then comes in a paper box. This supplement does not state if the resveratrol is trans-resveratrol or not nor what the source is, but it does only have 100 mg of that. Many other resveratrol supplements have many times more than this. The % daily value of zinc and thiamine are both only 14%, so that is relatively low unless you are getting them from other sources, then you are likely fine. The main ingredient of this is the wheat germ extract with 1000 mg (although it does not state the ratio of the extract) and it is located at the bottom of the supplement facts. Aside from the ingredients, this supplement is labeled as being vegan, all natural, non-GMO, sugar free, lab tested, and made in a GMP certified facility. After consuming this supplement for a couple of weeks I think one of the main benefits I’ve had from it is likely more from the wheat germ than anything else. Wheat germ has a variety of minerals in it, but also dietary fiber. While I don’t think the minerals helped me too much (I’ve been sick too and didn’t notice much difference in my immune response compared to other illnesses I’ve gone through), I do think my digestive system has been a little bit more active and in a good way. I think that the wheat germ combined with a probiotic I have been taking as had a nice symbiotic relationship to help my gut biome become more productive and, I think, generally better. I wasn’t so sure what to expect from this supplement when I first saw it and decided to try it, but in the end I’d say the focus on resveratrol is likely given too much attention and the fermented wheat germ is really the star of the show here and providing good benefits to the digestive system (and a healthy digestive system provides a healthier body overall).

Was anxious to try
I immediately ordered these when I saw them as I am very aware of the great health benefits of Resveratrol. As a red wine drinker, which has Resveratrol, it’s a great option to drinking red wine. Don’t get me wrong, I love my red wine but you have to drink a lot to get any benefits from Resveratrol, since it contains only a small amount and of course these are a much better option calorie wise. I really wasn’t familiar with the benefits from wheat germ extract, but I know it can’t hurt.As you can see in my picture, the capsules are pretty small and they are very easy to swallow. I hate swallowing pills and these went down without any difficulties. I did not experience any gastric issues after taking them. Please note the serving size is two capsules but if you are greater than 200 pounds it says the serving size is four capsules so for you it might not be such a good value. I also like that the expiration date wasn’t until February 2025, although these will be long gone by then. This bottle will be a one month supply for me but I do intend to continue taking them. Really anxious to see any health benefits I might experience several months down the road.
