Good ear phones for landline
using in office for landline phone and very good, connect quickly, good sound.

Charging box does not hold charge
This is great for connectivity, especially with the USB dongle. But the 'charging' box does not hold the charge. It drops from 5 to 2 bars overnight, even if I haven't used the earpods.I'm wondering how I can get the charging unit replaced? Apart from that the headphones serve my purpose.

Good sound; ear fit not as good as Airpods
Sound quality is good, they were delivered quickly and work as advertised.My only frustration is that ear fit isn't as good as I would have hoped and the ear pieces have a tendency to fall out mid-way through a call.Beat wearing a full headset all the time...!

I bought this 4 months ago and one earbud doesn't charge and it runs out of charge very quickly.

stopped working
I bought two sets of these and on both sets the right-hand earbud stopped working. They continually say "power-off"

Update: Microphone is bad on this device (Avantree M10).
Original review: I used this device at work during Microsoft Teams meetings and my colleagues always complained about how I sound like I am underwater when I talk using this wireless device.****UPDATE (March 2023): After consulting with Avantree support, I was sent an Avantree Ace 130T device with a DG80 dongle. Now my colleagues do not complain about my sound quality during Microsoft Teams meetings. Avantree provides excellent customer service for all of their products. I will likely buy more devices from Avantree.****
