Working way better than the Wifi Pro
So I ordered these and the new WifiPro at the same time since WifiPro wasn't out yet, and I was expecting that we'd need more coverage to include deck area in our mesh. We had set this one up for a whole month before the new one came in and we had perfect coverage inside our house and even out to the street. I was surprised!! All was well, but I was very excited to get the WifiPro in because of the results we had with this system. Total fail. The pro wouldn't even connect and hold signal as well as these devices in the same space and in the same locations. They needed to be closer together, and didn't span nearly as far. The internet was even slower on them! I'm so confused by that. Anyway, not only do these look better, they seem to work better too. Go with these and get extra points and don't bother with the Pro.

Seamless Connectivity and Smart Features
I recently upgraded to the Nest WiFi Router and 2 Points, and I couldn’t be happier. Here’s why: Whole-Home Coverage: The system blankets my entire home with fast, reliable Wi-Fi. No more dead spots or frustrating buffering! With coverage of up to 5400 square feet, it ensures a strong signal in every room1. Easy Setup: Setting up the Nest WiFi was a breeze. I plugged in the router, connected it to my modem, and placed the two points strategically around the house. Within minutes, I had seamless connectivity. Smart Speaker Integration: The Nest WiFi points double as smart speakers with Google Assistant. I can play music, control my connected devices, and even manage my Wi-Fi network using voice commands. It’s like having a mini Google Home in every room2. Stable Performance: Whether I’m streaming 4K videos, working from home, or hosting video calls, the Nest WiFi handles it all. It intelligently manages the network behind the scenes, ensuring fast speeds and uninterrupted connections1. Ethernet Ports: Each Nest WiFi router comes with two Ethernet ports, which is great for connecting wired devices like gaming consoles or printers. Automatic Updates: The system keeps itself up-to-date with new features and security enhancements. I appreciate knowing that my network remains safe and efficient without any effort on my part. In summary, the Nest WiFi Router and 2 Points is a reliable, feature-packed solution for anyone seeking seamless Wi-Fi coverage and smart home integration. Highly recommended!

Best Mesh System
This is the best mesh system on the market in my opinion. If you want full coverage and seamless transition from one access point to another without connections dropping/restarting, this is the best. I also like the coverage I get and the expandability. Each access point will provide good coverage, but when you add more access points, suddenly your entire house gets wifi with no dead zones. I used to have the old Google Mesh system and it was good from a coverage standpoint, but it just was too slow for my family's ever-growing bandwidth needs. I briefly tried Eero, but it was just a horrible experience. My son's games were dropping connections and movies were stopping to reload, so I purchased this one and never looked back. The complaints about the gaming systems dropping connections or having too slow of a speed just melted away. I truly don't hear a peep from my son about any of that. My movies have no issues anymore and all is well. My favorite 2 things are SPEED and COVERAGE. Nothing else seems to match it. Okay, now the downside. Google *still* won't allow you to separate the 2.4ghz band from the 5ghz band. Several others won't allow you to do it either (see TP Link's mesh as an example, however, they do provide a workaround using the "guest" network, where Google does not). This becomes an issue with IoT devices that only will work on the 2.4ghz band. I have a Schlage Encode lock and it will only work on the 2.4ghz band. So, I had to get creative to make it work. For those of you with this issue, what I had to do was use my cell phone to walk away from the access point far enough to force my phone into a 2.4ghz connection. Since 2.4ghz works better through walls/obstacles than 5ghz, the more you can "put in the way" between your IoT device and the access point, the more likely it is that your phone will be forced into a 2.4ghz connection. You can check what connection your phone is using by going to the Google Home App / Wifi / Devices / then find your phone which is marked by "(this device)" next to the phone name. Click on your phone and just a little down you'll see "Connection" and that will tell you whether you're using 2.4ghz or 5ghz. Once you make sure you are on the 2.4 band, start your IoT device setup. Once you set that up, then you can move the device back to the final location you want to have it and (hopefully) it will continue connecting to the 2.4 band like mine did. PLEASE GOOGLE, FIX THIS ISSUE. Other than that one thing, I do love this product!

Very poor setup instructions and ergonomics
What a crappy system!! I can't believe the complete PIA trying to set this up. The router was pretty easy the two never would connect. If Google spent the money on reliability of connection as they spent on packaging this crap, they may have had a product. The box alone is probably $10. The Home app was crappy too. What really got me was the why they put microscopic setup information on the bottom of these things in an embossing molded in to the spongy base and hid the setup number under the QR code totally unreadable - that kind of information should be a reasonable size font and in good contrast. Not everyone uses smart phones. Why would you out and surface - the bottom -that will be moved around get dust in those tiny numbers?? What are they thinking. Doing a factory reset, which I did several times was a pain. Once again a small embossed spot on bottom which tactilely gives no feedback if your on the button underneath the foam bottom. All in all I found this product totally useless and waste of my time and "technology" run amuck. I would not encourage anyone to use this product.

Really helped speed up home wifi!
I purchased the Google Nest wifi mesh system (1 router and 2 points) after researching other mesh systems. I was experiencing wifi problems with just a modem/router and extender: weak signal, buffering, dropped signal, etc. I hated spending the money on a mesh system but finally felt I had no other option. I have other Google products installed in my home (doorbell, thermostats, Nest outdoor camera), so the Google Nest mesh system seemed like a wise choice to be able to control everything with one app. Price point was in the middle when compared to other mesh systems. Setup was easy. I just followed the directions. The only 2 hiccups were: 1) I have Comcast internet and own my own Arris modem/router. I initially installed the Google Nest system without any adjustments to the Arris unit. As others have stated, the Google Nest system was competing with the Arris system. In order to remedy the problem, I logged into my Arris modem/router system and disabled the router. Problem solved! 2) I did have to go back and manually sign into all of my connected devices and update the network and password to the new Google Nest system. A little time consuming but not a huge deal. My internet speed with the new units has quadrupled. Standing next to the router it is over 400. I have a three level home, and the other 2 levels are around 140. No more dropping of signal, buffering, etc! I also like that the access points are Google speakers. I can now easily play music, ask questions, etc. without having to access my phone or computer. Some might be annoyed by this feature, but I love it. All in all, I would highly recommend this system. Not the cheapest or most expensive, but it has features that really make it worth the money!

Finally, Wi‑Fi That Keeps the Whole Family Happy
As a dad, I love how the Google Nest WiFi 2‑Pack keeps the whole house connected without constant complaints about slow internet. Setup was easy with the app, and the extra points even act as Google Assistant speakers for the kids. Coverage is solid, and it handles all our devices without lag. I wish it had the latest Wi‑Fi 6 speeds, but for everyday use, it’s been perfect. Overall, it makes keeping the family online stress-free.

Better WiFi than the internet company's router, Great upgrade from combo modem
Better WiFi than the internet company's router, Great upgrade from combo modem, I've always cheaped out on wifi extenders and decided to pull the plug and upgrade to a quality mesh wifi system, especially since these were on a decent discount. Right into why I love these and you should upgrade: 1.) My old extenders would mean I would have to log out of my main router wifi and connect to the closer wifi extender. This would mean that depending on the location I was in, I would have to disconnect and reconnect to different wifi networks. Because this is a true mesh system, there is only 1 wifi connection point and you will get the same strength throughout the house without having to connect separately to the extender. 2.) WIFI speeds are insanely faster than TP link extenders. I'm getting 150-160 download where I would use to get 50-60 download with my TP link extenders. 3.) easy to control and monitor through the home app. Cons: 1.) Setup was an absolute pain since I have an Arris Modem. How I got this to work without contacting support is for the main router connected to the modem keep disconnecting and resetting both the modem and router until it just magically connects. I know this is a horrible explanation but I couldn't get the router to connect to the Arris Modem until my 4th time resetting the two systems and it just magically worked. 2.) For your mesh extenders or routers that aren't connected to the modem, I had an issue where it just kept telling me "failed to connect". If this occurs for you just take the mesh extender and plug it in directly to the main router and set it up there. Once it connects successfully then unplug and place it where you want in the house. Sometimes there is an issue where these mesh extenders connect with each other perfectly fine but cannot connect to the internet and this resolves it.

Excelente producto !!
