Consistency
I use it for an artificial sweetener that is 8000x stronger than sugar. No bull, just open the small package and you will taste the sweetness in your breath. 1 black scoop (5-6mg), is more than enough for a triple espresso in the AM. 2 red scoops (18-20mg) is enough for 1 1/2 quarts of lemonade. When using products that are strong or concentrated, consistency is everything for comparable results. I had no way of measuring the sweetener until I found these "spoons". Offshore if you are asking.

tiny spoons for my cats meds.
I like that they are not flimsy- small but sturdy and were easy to shorten with a scissors so that they fit inside my coQ10 and turmeric powders, which I give to my cats for the health benefits. I received so many that I can give some to my daughter for her cats, and if I should lose or break one or more, no problem, I've got plenty of replacements.

NOT AS DESCRIBED
Description says 10-15 mg assortment. Not so, they are all 15 mg!!!

Easy and (mostly) mess free!
I use these to split 100mg capsules of a veterinary medication into empty capsules to give to my cats. I cut off the top of the filled capsule and use the tiny spoon to move the contents into the empty capsules. Most mess-free tool I have found so far - and the best option IMO for measuring out a mere 30 mg of powdered meds!

Final review (3 parts) EXCELLENT COMPANY
I purchased these for dosing a supplement powder I had gotten from a company. Today I used a SuperDosing Milligram Measuring Scoop (10-15mgs) with said supplement, filling my own #4 capsules. Here's my issue, I have 1 gram of product powder. I used the mg scooper for an approximated dosage putting 2 level scoops of powder into each capsule. Mind you the product im using is best dosed at 20mgs/per serving (approximately 2 scoop fulls). By my calculations 1000mg's (1 gram) of product should equate to approximately 50 caps give or take a few since the mg scooper is stated to be approximately 10-15mgs depending on powder weight, density, scoop size, etc. I have now ended up with over 200 caps dosed @ 20-30mgs of my supplement powder. The purity of said powder is confirmed @ 98% via HPLC as well as a COA (COA's are, in my opinion, garbage since they can be falsified easily in favor of the manufacturer, however a Simec reference # can be verified). That being said i am simply stating the aforementioned facts so we know that there arent any fillers to take up more volume than anticipated.Im not upset with the company by any means and have in fact ordered a mg scale to find out exactly how much product i am actually getting per scoop of my powder with these scoops. Its my fault i suppose for being lazy and anticipating there would be some type of accuracy with these scoops. However, it will be nice to show what the actual dosing of my powder is in case other members decide to purchase these for the same supplement im using. (Ill update when i find out the dosing).Again, im not upset with the company by any means. They did their job and sold me a product they confidently put on the open market to make life easier for the consumer. I do think that the company maybe should write up a chart or some kind of "guide" to show dosing of commonly weighed powders/supplements that are accurate to the scoops.I gave a 3 star rating because the company seems to be good with their guarantee and stayimg in touch even after i received the product. Once i have the mg scale i will update my review to state accuracy of dosing in case i am 100% wrong such as my supplement company sent me more product than ordered. I have no issue with being fair and admitting if i am wrong. Thank you for your time.Updated review: as i stated i was waiting for a mg scale to verify the dising claims stated on the spoons. To recap i used #4 casules weighing .037 grams each. My dosing requirement for the active ingredient (cardarine) was .02 grams (20 mgs). Upon using the scooper i scooped 2 level scoops onto the scale plate. It weighed .008 grams (8 mgs) far from 20ish mgs as stated per 2 scoops. To make the dosing i require i had to use 6 leveled scoops of cardarine.Final UPDATE****! Company honored their word and refunded me the total for my purchase without hassle. They are honest and friendly. Please dont hesitate to shop with them!

Used these for science class
These are VERY tiny but they served the purpose I needed them for...my students were making slides of soil samples to view under the microscope and I wanted them to scoop only a small amount of each sample. Then they used the handle part to sift through loam to find evidence of decaying matter. Not the intended purpose, I know, but it filled the need!

Works as advertised
There's really nothing to say. No complaints. They work perfectly. Just make sure you take into consideration the consistency and density of the material you are working with. They are a little bit flexible to be careful when pulling them out of a jar or something like that .......

Don't work well for powders
This don't work, if you pick up a powder with them the powder sticks inside and will not come out. I mix 6 probiotics for my dog with heart issues, something that cannot be bought pre mixed. So I got these to measure her dosage, but because the probiotics stick, I loose product, it flies all over, and it is easier to just take a small pinch of her med a mix it with her food. Not as sterile as I wanted but it works. A waste of money on my limited budget.
