It's an ok serum but maybe not for me
I've used this serum for a couple months now however it has not been my favorite and I've used other serums as well. It does seem to make my skin soft however I did not have very good luck with it absorbing in fully and it left my skin feeling kind of tacky. I'm also not a huge fan of the smell of the serum. I will probably continue using it until it is empty but I will probably be switching to a different serum for my skin type. I will also try using less serum and see if that absorbs easier into my skin. I wasn't using a very small amount maybe the size of a pea, but I could use a smaller amount and see if that helps with the absorption.

Not for Me, But It Might Be For You!
Picture Descriptions:1st Picture- Front of box packaging2nd Picture- Back of box packaging3rd Picture- Actual product received, without cap.Like the headline says, this product isn't for me, but it's most likely because of personal preference and skin type. While this doesn't work for me personally, it might be just the product you or someone else is looking for.But let's start with the positives:First, I love the packaging. I like that it's upfront, easy to read, and describes exactly what it is, what it does, what is in it, and what those ingredients are for. I also like that I DON'T have to play "word search" among an essay of tiny print to find the directions.Next, if you're worried that 1 oz. is a very small amount of product for the price of this product, I promise you that in this case, it is not. In picture 3, you can see how large the bottle is compared to my hand (note that I am a pretty small Filipino woman, so my hands are a bit smaller than the average American). Also, you only need just a couple drops on your fingertip per application. This will last you probably a couple months at the least.Lastly, it is easy to apply and the directions are straight-forward. The pump (mine, at least) is easy to use and doesn't get stuck. It also doesn't drip and get everywhere. Now For Why This is Not For Me:Upon first application, my face felt very oily and slightly sticky to the touch, like I had been sweating all day and haven't washed my face in a week. This was really unpleasant to me, and there was a visible sheen to my face. That being said, after about 30 minutes to an hour, that went away and my face felt and looked great, but that initial oily/sticky-ness was just a bit too unpleasant for me and I find myself wanting to avoid it if I can. I want to note here that I followed the directions exactly and only used a couple drops for my entire face.Next, I woke up the next morning with an acne breakout on my face. I have a pretty bad history of stubborn acne, but throughout the last 2ish years, I've gotten it well under control and my face has been mostly clear of acne for that time. I do have occasional spots in some trouble-areas still, but it is night-and-day in comparison. Admittedly, I have nothing to prove this serum caused this breakout, and something else very-well could have, but, after working fast to end the sudden breakout, I don't want to risk having to deal with that kind of thing that I dealt with for years, again. The packaging says this is for all skin-types, and it probably is for MOST skin-types out there, but mine is a bit unique due to my very specific ethnicity, as well as some genetic skin problems I inherited from my mother.Misc. Related Information That Some May Care To Know:Ethnicity: Filipino-GermanAge: 24Skin-Type: Oily, but very very sensitive. Occasional, small psoriasis patches, but, more often than that, acneProcedure Followed: At the end of the day, I removed my make-up and washed my face. Once my face was dry from washing it, I pumped a couple drops of the product on my finger tip and rubbed it on as much as my face as possible.

Not Too Sure….
Great for exfoliating, but I’m not too sure if it works. My skin still looks the same. It’s made for sensitive skin (A+) and moisturizes my skin fairly well. I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t see a difference in my skin, but a good exfoliator.

Nice little exfoliator
I've been skincycling recently as part of my weekly skincare routine (thanks, TikTok). During my exfoliating nights, I add this liquid exfoliator into it's appropriate placement in my routine. I love it so far as it absorbs easily and does not leave my skin feeling sticky or tacky after application. I haven't noticed much of a difference so far, but I'll continue to use it going forward as it does leave me skin feeling renewed after it's applied. Great for the price!

It's alright. Definitely gentle, but not as effective as lactic acid or other PHAs. 3.5/5
I'd have to agree with other reviewers in that it felt tacky initially, but then felt moisturizing. It's definitely gentle. I'll give it that much. As far as the effectiveness of this PHA, I'd say it's okay to subpar. The Gold Bond Rough & Bumpy skin is much more effective in my opinion. Lactic acids are also more effective than this.

Slight chemical smell
This had a slight chemical smell to it. It had the consistency of a standard serum. It did not have a sticky residue to it. It melted into my skin, although it didn’t feel extremely moisturizing.

Looks like it's working
This came in a box but unsealed. It's a pump bottle. I didn't detect any scent. The serum is faintly tacky for awhile, but I proceeded with my moisturizer after a few minutes, and it was fine. It does feel like a moisturizing barrier on the skin, making it appear smooth and bright (not shiny). I'm liking it so far. It's fairly priced at $27.50.

It's okay 3.5
The serum was opaque in color and rubbed in smoothly. It left my face slightly tacky. My skin did feel softer and a bit moisturized but, I wasn't really blown away by the serum. I think I would prefer using my current one.
