Your Shoulders Best Friend!
Here is what I love about this strap and why I am going to buy another. I will also cover one concern.+ Cushion is amazing. I have a Tomtoc Carryon 28L bag and this strap makes it feel like it is lighter than it is.+ I can have this on my shoulders all day due to the amazing padding.+ The cubic pad system makes it so that there is enough room between my shoulds and the bag so all the weight is being handled by the thick pad giving my shoulders a well-deserved break.+ It fits the whole strap of my TomToc Backpad and was truly a perfect size.- Concerns about this pad is that it might not fit your strap. Make sure to see the measurements before purchasing. In my case, it was a match made in Heaven.I recommend this product and will purchase it again! Thanks for taking the time to read this review and I hope it helped.

Very Comfortable!!
Bought this for my Carhartt lunch box. Overall, it feels 100% better, feels great on your neck/ shoulders, looks like it was made for my lunch box! You can’t beat this quality comfort for the price, either. If your shoulders are in pain, do yourself a favor and buy this!

Good size, but could be better
I needed a new shoulder pad for a sling bag. I like this one because it is about 2" longer, a bit wider and much more padded than my old one. My original pad has lost all of its padded cushioning ability over the years. What I do wish is that the Velcro attachments varied more in their spacing. That way I could line it up better with the plastic strap adjuster on the shoulder strap. More options would allow for better placement of the shoulder pad to fit one's needs. Still, it works for me.

Excellent shoulder pad and more
I travel hard, and when I do, I expect my travel gear to keep up. I'm in sales. I start my day by reciting Alec Boldwin's speech as I brew morning coffee. So when my TravelPro's soft cushion shoulder strap pad tore itself to pieces after just a year and a half of use, I knew I had to get something tougher.I needed a shoulder pad that would project my masculinity and toughness, yet keep me moving around without tearing up expensive italian suits. A pad that would handle my bony shoulders and the abuse of the underseat torture compartments as the bag transitions with me from flight to flight. A pad that would strap on anything I would need to close a sale - a multitool, spare ammo, ether, duct tape - anything! And so this is how I found Hazard 4 shoulder pad. The moment I saw it, I knew this is what I was looking for. One-click order, and here it is just a day later. I put it on the bag and immediately got a confidence boost of +20. I mean, just look at those utilitarian straps and a soft underside to keep me comfortable as I lag a full laptop bag around! But the best was yet to come. The next morning as I woke up for an early flight and was making coffee, I heard a voice coming from behind me: "Put that coffee down. Coffee is for closers." The pad was talking to me! It had just the right words to say, too "put your coffee in the mug and strap it onto me, or you'll be late" - and so I listend to the sage advice and headed for the airport. At the TSA checkpoint I stared the TSA agent down in the sockets of his sould, ripped off the driver's license from the strapped on card holder and made a secret handshake. "Carry on, sir" - and on I went without any hassle. My plane arrived into Chicago late. I only had 6 minutes from farthest gate to farthest gate. "You can do it" - said the pad - and so I slung my bag onto my shoulder and ran like the wind. I've never been as comfortable running with a laptop bag! Made it in time and was about to board the next plane with a minute to spare when the pad said: "get down and give me twenty!" That's how tough it is.I'm now a top sales person of the year and a runner of the year at ORD. What more could you ask for? Buy this pad, and you won't regret it.

I needed some kind of padding for my single point sling on my KSG-12ga due to extream weight loss. Problem solved, well made and stays in place. If your a skinny old dude that knew Jesus when he was just a Sargent....buy one!

Makes a cheap plate carrier comfortable
The pads are easy to install and are superior to what was on my plate carrier. If there is a down side, they don't sell in pairs. Buy them only if you prize your comfort.

Fits and works great
Bought this shoulder strap pad for my Helikon-Tex Bushcraft satchel since it doesn’t come with one. It was easy to install and fits nicely without the pad shifting while using it. The color is a close match and does blends well with my bag. I just used it for a day event and had about 8 lbs of stuff I was carrying around. The padding was great and I felt no discomfort from carrying the satchel around for about 5 hours. It was a very hot and muggy day and so far the padding held up nicely with no discoloration and no seams came undone. The material seems to be very durable and there’s no signs of sloppy craftsmanship. Having the extra padding and additional stability it gives to my satchel strap is a win win for me. It performed as advertised and being under $15 is very reasonable. If this one eventually falls apart, I won’t hesitate to order another one as long as the price is right.

Takes the load off
This addition helped the edc carry bag tremendously!! It literally helps take the load off. Definitely recommended if you need some padding for a plain strap
