Naish's "Dinopedia: A Brief Compendium of Dinosaur Lore" (henceforth DA) is technically an encyclopedia, but not like most other dino encyclopedias (E.g. Holtz's "Dinosaurs" & Weishampel et al.'s "The Dinosauria")...In this review, I list the 3 main reasons why I think DA is the best of its kind. You can read the rest of this review on Goodreads.

Really interesting and a lot of quality
Really liking the book, it has a lot of informations in a easy way to understand and the quality of it all is awsome, the first time I saw the cover my eyes were shining of the quality involved on it.

What a useful little book!
Sometimes I need to know some fairly basic but specialized facts about dinosaurs, and don't always have the time to trawl through scientific papers looking for the answers. Google searches are dominated by AI generated rubbish and to find anything you have to wade through the knee-deep twaddle of imbeciles. So I bought this book and it's so useful. I know that anything written by Darren Naish will be totally accurate and up to date. If like me you have a professional need to know dino-facts fast, if you're just interested in dinosaurs and want a handy, pocket-sized book, or if you know adults or kids who are dino-nerds and want something affordable to buy them for Christmas, you can't go wrong with this. Highly recommended.
