Super modular
This chair feels like a steal at this price (~$230 at the time of this review)! It reclines deeply, adjusts seat height, seat depth, armrest height, and headrest height. The only thing it is missing is a footrest. There are some controls I still haven’t figured out, but I am loving this chair so far. The seat was surprisingly heavy to me at first, but I suppose that is required to permit all of the adjustments it offers. I don’t know how resilient the controls and chair itself will be, but it is definitely meeting my current needs.

Best Budget Ergonomic Chair
Bought a lot of cheap/budget ergonomic chairs in the past, but this blows pretty much all of them out of the water. Armrests don't hurt my elbows, adjustments all work just fine, and overall doesn't make me feel like it's a test of endurance to sit at my desk now. I can actually use my computer comfortably.I only have two problems with the chair: Firstly, at 6ft, the headset is something I'd keep adjusting over and over and it's only really useable when I'm leaned back in the chair. It's not something I have my head against when using the chair normally. Secondly, the lumbar support is very uncomfortable. It doesn't adjust high enough and is very stiff, I ended up removing it, which didn't require too much effort.Overall, easiest chair I've put together, definitely the most comfortable I've used, and it made me realize that a chair is something people really should not be overlooking for a desk setup. I get more done because I'm not in pain anymore from sitting at my desk due to an uncomfortable chair.

Best chair I've used under 400 dollars
As someone who uses a ~$500 chair as a daily driver, I am not disappointed with this. I bought this for my home setup, not wanting to go full in on another expensive chair. I have access to a more expensive "office" chair, as well as more expensive "gaming" chair, and I can confidently say this Costway chair is leagues ahead of both of them. Assembly was the easiest out of every chair I've ever built, surprisingly no odd smell from the new product either. The chair is extremely comfortable, if you're taller then the headrest might be a bit odd but they've been that way for me on most chairs that have them. 10/10 purchase

Love the adjustments, but tight tilt
Just got this chair in today. Great chair overall, but I've found that the tilt is very stiff even on the loosest setting. Not too sure if its because its still brand new, and I need to break it in. Or its always gonna be like this.Besides the mentioned tilt everything else is great on this chair. You can't find a chair in this price point with so many features.

Solid Budget Chair
I work from home, and spend more than half of my waking hours sitting in my office chair, so I did a lot of research before buying this chair. I went in person to a used office furniture reseller and sat in chairs from Haworth, Herman Miller, and Steelcase. I read and watched numerous reviews. I ultimately narrowed it down to this chair or the Ticova, and made the decision to purchase this chair because of the fabric back instead of the mesh, as well as the more aggressive lumbar support. After several days of use, having adjusted to the chair, I'm ready to say this chair has more than met expectations, and delivers good value for the money. Some callouts include:- Great adjustability for this price range, including tilt resistance, seat depth, 3-way arm-rest adjustment and more. That being said, the armrests could use a bit more adjustment range in the horizontal direction, and the armrest material is a tad too firm. If they were of a slightly more cushioning material, that would go a long way to increasing their comfort.- The seat itself is firm, supportive, and comfortable. You will sit on the chair, not in it, and I don't see this bottoming out quickly, as the foam seems to be of very good density.- While some people have bad-mouthed the lumbar on this model, I appreciate it. If you are sitting in an ergonomic position, it provides extra support without the need for a lumber pillow. It only has height adjustment and not depth, but the depth is great as is.- Overall build quality is good for the price. This is where the differentiation from a Steelcase, for instance, becomes clear. The fit, finish, and overall quality of the build materials is lower, but it is also 20% of the price of a new Leap, for instance. While it doesn't come assembled, assembly was easy -- it was together in 15 mins. Also, the headrest was included in the package, rather than being shipped separately. At the end of the day, I'm happy with the chair. It's not the best chair I've encountered, but it definitely wins in terms of relative cost and performance against numerous other chairs I've tried. To be safe, I bought a 5 year extended warranty for a nominal additional cost, as the Costway warranty is only 1 year, and if the chair only lasts the full five years of all-day use, it will still have been a great investment.

Uncomfortably hot
The materials used for the seat, back, and headrest feel extremely cheap and also trap heat. This thing gets hotter than any other chair I tried. If you want the most uncomfortable chair you'll ever sit on buy this chair.

Amazing Value
Overall the chair is very comfortable and feels very solid for the price, also arrived very quickly. I had some fitment issues attaching the back of the chair to the base but besides that the chair came together pretty well. The lumbar support is also quite aggressive so I ended up removing it.
