Definitely worth the money I love these things, the following picture is a one week difference. You can get it cheaper without the light but the light definitely makes a difference and speeds up the process twice as much. My teeth arnt sensitive afterwards and if they are I just skip a day.

These work wonders, I usually don’t use the entire thing as recommended on the box, since my teeth get super sensitive, but just 2-3 days every few months does the job.

DO NOT BUY.Very harsh chemicals, I used once and it stripped all of the skin off of my gums and gave me huge ulcers. The chemical is hydrogen peroxide and is not suitable for putting in your mouth. Avoid at all costs.
