Purchased this when we got a new mattress as we needed a king size and the old mattress was a double. The quality is excellent and it washes extremely well. No Pilling, shrinking or fading. Have had it in the dryer a few times now and it comes out the same way it went in. It fits our deep king size mattress perfectly & securely around the corners & doesn't slide. Its really soft and silky & comfortable to sleep on & I really love the colour I ordered. Will definitely be purchasing some more.

I have bought this item for a single and a king size bed. Having realised a higher thread count does make a big difference to the feel of sheets, I'm now opting for it, despite there being a higher price to pay. I think they are well worth it. Plus, the amazon ones do have elastic ALL the way round the seams, and are well finished off. I washed them first before putting them on my beds, they dried still feeling soft and there was no need to iron. Once on the bed, so cool to sleep. I needed a 4ft fitted sheet too but amazon didn't have one, so I had to order from a different supplier. I would have preferred it to have been the same as the others.

I like the quality of this sheet, fits well on a single bed, the touch is difficult to describe, its silky/smooth. My only niggle is that it arrived in a plastic bag and inside a presentation box, no need for both.

Beautiful quality and feel but doesn't fit a UK double - too big. Pale cream not white.

Good quality cotton sheet at a reasonable price. Fits our 25cm mattress nicely. We've ordered a couple of these and recommended to others.

This is a lovely fabric but I really dislike the elastic. The elastic is in a channel the entire circumference of the sheet. When fitting the sheet on the bed the elastic is pulling the sheet away from you as you do each corner. This made it much harder to fit. The elastic then holds the sides of the sheet up so that you have to lift the mattress on the sides to get the elastic underneath. I washed it before fitting it on the bed or I would be sending it back. I have a feeling that this is going to annoy me so much I may have to alter it to elastic on the corners only. Fitted sheets are hard to fold reasonably neatly but the elastic makes it downright impossible as the elastic just wants to pull the sheet into a puddle shape. UPDATE to my original one star review. We recently had a hospital bed delivered for somebody I care for. The type with electric controls to raise and lower parts of the bed. It’s very similar to the beds with lifting back rests many people seem to have. The normal fitted sheets don’t work on it very well as they don’t grip the sides where the bed hinges. You end up with bits of mattress showing and wrinkled sheets. These sheets with the much hated all round elastic work perfectly. They stay nice and snug around the whole mattress no matter how it gets bent up. I was about to buy another one but the price has shot up really to more than I can afford or am willing to pay. Just over a tenner was fine, current price is not.
