Department 56 is the brand for Christmas villages when it comes to quality products. This item came in pretty poor packaging; a cardboard sleeve with some sort of fiberglass infused Styrofoam encasing the phone booth. By pretty poor, i mean aesthetically; the item arrived in one piece and the packaging does seem like it can protect the item well. I gave this as a gift but made sure to open it first to make sure there were no defects and that it was not damaged; it passed both of these tests.Overall, this phone booth is detailed and a good addition to any Christmas village. It's affordable and the only qualm I have is the cheap feeling, and looking, packaging.

I received the item quickly and it was packaged extremely well. This one will be one of my favorite pieces.

Cute. I loved the fact that my kids and grandson didn't know what a phone booth was.

It's a very cute phone booth. However, I had to return it as it's scale was different than the village it was to go in. (It runs larger ) It just didn't look right. If I ever was to build a different village I would certainly include this nice piece though.

I thought every village needs a pay phone booth! I’m sure your kids and grandchildren will be asking what is this for?
