True confession time, I have never had a real bedspread. Ever. After years and years of using the ole Bed in a bag series and upon buying a new bed I decided I needed a major upgrade and went for this bedspread. I looked all over for something and I knew I wanted it to be black. When I read it was floral I was a little hesitant, being a male I did not want something flowery that looked like a garden had overtaken my bed and to my luck this does not look that way. In fact in the black you cannot almost see anything floral. You do see stitching, but can hardly make out the pattern of the leaves and stems. I like is because it is huge and covers all of my bed that I was able to throw away my old bed skirt.Man how I hated that thing, it would never stay in place, always get caught up in my vacuum cleaner or get dirty however as I read in the reviews this spread was big enough to replace the skirt and it was. It is a little lightweight however, but your sheets or a blanket on top in the winter will make up for it.As for my first bedspread purchase I will give myself 5 stars the same rating I am giving the product.

This coverlet/bedspread is everything described in the Amazon write-up. I ordered the full/queen size for my full size bed and it fits perfectly with just the exact overhang I like -- covers the wood on the sides. The colors are bright and true (I ordered the floral print), they give my bedroom a spring brightness. The material is soft to the touch and the quilting is very nice. The coverlet/bedspread is nicely bound around the edges giving it a nice finish. The two shams that come with it are a good fit for the two extra pillows I happened to have and they look great on the bed. The coverlet/bedspread comes in a large, zippered plastic that can be used to store items such as sweaters, etc.

I needed something long to ensure it went to the bed skirt this fits the bill. The color is pleasant and it seems well made. Embossed not stitches which I’ve noticed most things are the but they somehow made the embossing shiner so it looks like a pretty stitched quilt. It is lightweight and comfortable to sleep under. I bought it for my guest room but had remolding done so for the chance to sleep under it and found it very comfortable

I ordered the queen size in blue and it fit our queen bed perfectly…covered the mattress and box spring just as a bedspread should! It’s a nice three season weight, and the shades of blue are quite pleasant and calming.

This is a lightweight comforter. Not fluffy soft but the material is soft and it is extra long and wide for those who battle with cover hogs in a king sized bed. Perfect for what I wanted.

I love everything about this coverlet set. Perfect fit. Beautiful color! Very well made. Absolutely beautiful on my king size bed. You need this. You won't find one that's more perfect.

FINALLY found a great quilt set for my Cal King bed that adequately fits my bed. My mattress is 80"x72" and most Cal King quilts and blankets come up short on the sides. The Mellani quilt is true to the size listed in the ad. The quilt is also soft and washes very well. I purchased my quilt in shades of blues and white. It has a clean, crisp look. The quilt is modestly priced, not cheap, but not pricey. I would give this set ten stars if possible.

I wanted a light bedspread and this is perfect for me

I shopped for months to find the right quilt, this one is ok. It is pretty, the stitching is beautiful, the colour is exactly what I was looking for. I added a photo comparing the navy to other blues if you're looking to see just how dark it is.As other reviewers mentioned, it is large and goes right to the ground - I have a queen size bed and ordered a queen, it works well for 2 people who like to hog the blankets.However, most mornings we wake up and it is on the floor. It seems to slide right off the fleece blanket underneath. It doesn't provide a lot of warmth, especially when it falls off the bed lol, but we are both hot sleepers so, overall it works for us.It is very thin, if you are looking for something to provide more warmth go for a comforter or duvet. This one mostly just looks nice.I have only washed it once, it held up well as far as I can tell. Didn't lose any colour and stitching held up.For being an online purchase, it's fine for now (can't go shopping in person due to covid).

Purchased the light grey, really pretty colour and good quality quilt.

I used this as a coverlet for our queen sized bed. Our douvet didn’t come down long enough and it looked awful. This quilt is absolutely beautiful! I was worried I’d be wasting money on more bedding, but it didn’t disappoint. It’s not stitched which I like! It looks stitched but it won’t unravel. It’s over sized and covered the whole bed. It’s lightweight and will be great for summer. It folds down really nicely. It doesn’t slide off the bed. Very happy!It also said it would be arriving late, but it showed up a week before the original date. And I got a .2 cent refund (woo! LOL) because the customs rate changed. Atleast they were honest.

Lovely bedspread! The colour is great and with a light blanket underneath it is more than warm enough on cooler winter nights.
