I purchased this mop for use in the bathroom and kitchen, which are tile floors. I have not used this mop on wood or concrete, so take this for what it is worth.The mop was easy to assemble, and has fairly durable construction. The mop head conveniently snaps on, but it is a bit loose when mopping aggressively. The bucket is all one piece - there are two spinners, but there is not a clean side and a dirty side. There is a lever on the mop handle that either holds the handle position, or allows it to move and down a screw thread. This is how you rinse the mop as well as dry it - the rinse position spins the mop head under the water, while the drying position spins the mop head and a strainer basket (my model has a stainless steel strainer) The spinning strainer can handle some serious RPM - I got it spinning fast enough to be a blur of motion without incident - and it dries the mop head to "slightly damp to the touch" with a good bit of spinning. The rinsing side was successful in cleaning the mop head to an almost-new level. Keep in mind that the handle needs to be straight up and down for this to work - this is the only real oversight in the very clear instructions.The bucket on my model does not have an apparent fill line or listed capacity (for diluting disinfectants and other cleaners), unfortunately - I was unable to locate them despite thorough searching. My bucket does in fact have a functional drain, contrary to other reviews, along with a small pump dispenser for cleaning solutions which I have not used.All in all, an excellent option for the price.

1st one I bought was leaking from the drain plug and caused a mess inside. Exchanged it for a replacement and the second one leaked just like the first one. Business is hard to reach and their contact information isn't readily available other than a business inquiry email for wholesale purchasing.Would not recommend as this product caused a mess inside my place due to the leak, which cannot be seen easily as the solution flows out from an area that can't be seen until you lift the bucket above your head to see the leak.

This is the worst designed bucket ever. Didn't anyone try to pick this up with water in it or try to fill or empty it before putting it on the market? The handle placement is ridiculous. DO NOT attempt to pick this up by the handle, it tips and you will have water everywhere. The only reason I'm even giving it 3 stars is because it does spin and the mop does work but I would not buy again. I have never given a bad review on any product but this thing is ridiculous.

The mop itself does the job quite well. It's obviously dependent on the mop head being relatively clean, so ordering a few replacements might not be a bad idea in case they are needed on short notice.The bucket's features are surprisingly handy, and save a bit of time along with not being too strenuous on your back as you clean. The only real detractor is that the bucket doesn't really distribute weight very well when filled, and at times it can feel slightly flimsy. For ordinary use, it isn't likely to be an issue, but it might pose difficulty for anyone who has challenges carrying weight around. For anyone elderly or unable to lug the bucket around their living space consistently, I'd suggest a unit with wheels.Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and the price point seems reasonable given the quality of the product.

I'm mopping the living room and I am humbled by this mop. HUMBLED. I have scrubbed a floor by hand before and lord I am just so blessed to have this spin mop in my house right now. This mop has delivered me into nirvana. Whoever came up with this product deserves a nobel prize.

Does the job, easy to use..but there are sharp pieces that snag my clothes and have cut my hand a few times on the handle.

So happy I bought this mop. Easiest mopping I've ever done and I look at mopping as more of a 1 and done instead of a chore now. So easy to wet mop and not squeeze but soon dry it. Genius. I don't know how long the mop heads last but I'll see.

This a great product!! I’ve used so many different... this the best!!! Very effective & easy to use!! I use it on hard wood floors as well as tile.... you should buy it for your self as we as for ppl you love:)
