My husband was delighted at first as he could hear very well using this device. After 2 weeks use and charging it would not work anymore even though the green light was showing.

Bought for my nan who is in her 90s. It does work but the buttons are tiny and it's to complicated for a lady in her 90s to use.My nan trying to pair the Bluetooth microphone with buttons I can hardly see wasn't going to work.Make one with big buttons. Think about the people that will buy this.

What I have been looking for for years. I have slight loss of hearing so have to turn up TV loud. Ok when alone but if with others or visiting family can’t have TV at MY volume. Other devices involve plugging in a lead to the TV and in most cases cutting off the sound direct from the TV. In Hotels when TV has sound limitators fitted and TV attached to wall can’t access sound socket. Hearing aids have too much ambient sound. In meetings I can put microphone in a convenient location, eg middle of table, and hear other contributors to meeting. I also find the treble tone is easier for my type of hearing problem. A bit expensive but does the job.

Just to be clear, this is not a hearing aid, it doesn’t amplify certain tones, it amplifies all sound.As the neck piece stand-alone it’s ok. It will amplify your own chewing, vaping, etc but still good.Using the satellite receiver, it’s absolutely excellent. I can listen to my TV without the volume waking the neighbours. If I want to chat with the Mrs while watching TV, I just remove one earplug. Real game-changer for me.

This looks like a pair of earphones but it’s a sound amplifierFirstly it’s very well made and works wellBattery life is also goodThe in ear buds are tricky and require gentle adjustment but I had no issues with my 83 year old mumThis amplified ALL sound including your own bodily sounds such as chewing and clicking jawsThe issues are that for elderly people this could be quite tricky to set up and operate independentlyBut for others it’ll be fineThe price seems high but it’s a speciality item and does what it’s supposed to

Don’t buy for an older person as it’s far too complicated to use

The media could not be loaded.  So I wanted something like this for my grandmother who is hard of hearing. My grandmother had attempted using hearing aids in the past but was unwilling to use them due to the discomfort they caused her. It has gotten to the point now where the tv has to be turned up very loud and neighbours have complained. Not only that but her inability to participate in conversations has been upsetting for us,The unit has been a life saver and open our eyes to using technology aids like this with her. After connecting up the system we tested it by having me stand approximately 20 to 30ft away from her and saying things in a low volume. Amazingly, she heard every word I said and was able to answer questions and hear without difficulty. The TV volume level has also finally returned to normal at home, thankfully. Avoiding any neighbourhood disruption.She can now join in on conversations (one wireless mike can be shared by two people if needed), the TV volume can be reduced because she can increase the volume independently with the control on the very light weight neckband. This set is so easy to wear and improve her hearing so well that I am considering a second pair just to have as a spare for her. Im normally very critical of products and rigorously test them but I can’t fault this one.The battery life is very impressive with almost a full day of continuous usage. I am so pleased with this product, I would hands down recommend this product for anyone who needs assistance with hearing. It's comfortable, mobile, and serves it purpose without complexity at a low cost. My grandmother can help but getting involved in everyones conversations now…. Hope this review helps.
