I received this today, a day earlier than expected. This was a very easy setup. I read other reviews and I can't figure out what their problem was in setting this up. Yes it is a cheaply costing purchase, but as they say you get what you pay for. I did notice that it did lag a bit between applications and a download, but that was the only thing I noticed. I recommend tho for you to get a case to protect the tablet and also a different charging cord. The charger like most cell phones are very cheaply made, for the cost of a different one it is well worth the price. WARNING: If your looking for something like an I-Pad this is not it. It's only good for a couple of things like downloading music files as I do. I'm not interested in the movies that they push on the screen.

I found out this was a Smart Tablet when I got it. It does everything. I dropped it and CRACKED the screen. It still does everything. It is sometimes hard to do things because of the crack so I ordered a different tablet and I am sorry. I went for the size of the hard drive but the new one isn't Smart and I can tell. I use it to play games on the internet and I can play about 2 hours and it's dead. The BYYBUO lasts for about 8-10 hours and use it to read and play games and other things. Its still going. I may have to invest in another BYYBUO and not drop it and hope it is Smart too.

I am very upset that I purchased this for a Christmas gift and it does not work. It worked one time on the initial charge so we were able to load the tablet. Then after the battery died, it will not recharge or turn on. We tried with multiple cords and nothing. I have tried emailing the customer support on the website with no reply. My sister had the same one so we thought this was a good purchase for my son. Now he doesn’t have a tablet, a gift he wanted so bad, and since I bought it early, I was out of the return window and we cannot get him another one unless we have a refund or a replacement.Company- please contact me about a replacement for my son who really wants his Christmas present.

It's an interesting cool fantastic tablet now I can play my games and stuff like that on it the price tag was not too bad either it had a watermark it has a watermark underneath the screen but luckily it's on the side of the screen on the inside underneath the screen so I can't clean it off but it doesn't hurt the quality of the screen I can still see what I'm doing thank God for that yet so it's one great big strict on the side of it looks like somebody put water into it but it's works I have no complaints except for the watermark but it seems to be okay I mean you can't tell it unless you hold it under the light right yep it's a good little tablet I welcome it to my tablet family

Arrived on time and well packed. I first let it charge for hours, per the barely adequate manual. I added a 128Gb SD card and started it up. No surprises and transferring data from another device using Google was a breeze.I soon found that two nearly ubiquitous features found on every phone and tablet I have ever seen are missing here:1) The only way to wake the screen I can find is to press the power button. There is no "lift to wake" or "double tap to wake." The Gestures section of Settings is no help; in fact, it's useless.2) There is no screenshot function on this tablet. That's a deal breaker. How can the engineers omit that, especially at this price point? Within the past month I bought a very, very similar tablet that has these features for considerably less.There is nothing this tablet does that comparable tablets don't do; nothing exceptional about it.What strikes me is that since buying it here last October it has not updated the OS even once. The last Android security update (shown on the System Update screen) was from December 2022. Best I can tell the tablet itself was made in March 2023. Apps update fine, but not the OS.I would not buy this again.The tablet came with a screen protector, which is good, but I wouldn't know where to find another that will fit. Byybuo has a website, but no accessories are offered there. A cover that fits this tablet is offered on Amazon.Battery level starts dropping soon after it is unplugged from a 100% charge and is very slow to charge.I have written the seller regarding some of these concerns (using the contact form on the Byybuo website), but have not received an acknowledgement.Edit: this tablet will drop a wi-fi signal at almost any time and be in no hurry to reconnect. It's annoying to say the least.Late July 2024 edit: I still have seen no evidence that this tablet has updated system or security. I am increasingly reluctant to use it online.
