This Calcium is extremely absorbable; supposed to be better even than calcium citrate.Guess I won’t really know how effective it is until I get my next bone scan. But I am very very hopeful.

Never had stomach upset with this...best taken with a meal. Great calcium supplement!

Not quite sure how to review this.Dr said I’m at the age where I need to start taking a calcium supplement, so I’m taking these. Are they working? I don’t know. Do I feel differently? No. Do I like taking 2 large calcium pills a day? Not really. They’re not overly large, just your normal size supplement capsules.Anyhow, I rarely go to the dr so I likely won’t know if these are a benefit anytime soon.I have not noticed any adverse reactions either, so that’s good.

I always know when a calcium supplement is working because I lose the craving for dairy products and chocolate. Great product!

All others brands either cause some stomach upset, constipation, or you just don’t feel a difference. I have to say, I am becoming a big fan of thorne. I have been really going hard on fitness. I’ve weight lifting and doing a lot of running. I’ve taking minerals like magnesium, zinc, and copper among other vitamins and supplements. But after taking this, I feel like I am making more gains and progress. I feel less tired and rebound from work outs faster.
