This pack of 90 delayed release easy to swallow capsules represent 3 months' supply at the one per day suggested serving. These Strength + Immune capsules are produced in Denmark. Alongside living bacterial cultures, they also include vitamins C and D3, zinc and inulin. The zinc, incidentally, is just 2mg so don't be too concerned if you're already taking a zinc supplement and are keen not to take too much as it can result in anaemia - this is a very low dosage.I ordered this as I'm looking to improve my gut health. This appears to be a decent quality supplement in a sealed pack inside a recyclable card package. The pack I received has a long expiry date of April 2024. Worth mentioning too is that the Active Polymer patented pack will protect the capsules from light, oxygen and moisture meaning the bio cultures will remain stable without being refrigerated.Gut health supplements in general seem a little pricier than other supplements. In my view these Desejr Strength & Immune + Multi-Strain Bio Cultures is extremely good value given the quality and the fact that this is a 3 month supply. I would re-order this.

The ingredients in these multi-strain bio culture capsules include Inulin, which is a bulking agent that enables the body to better absorb nutrients from the food intake. They also contain VitaminC, D3 and Zinc, and are delayed release to protect the stomach from becoming too acidic. Pretty good value as with 1 a day, and 90 capsules they last for 3 months. It is not recommended to exceed the daily dose, probably, and I am only guessing, because of the disadvantages of taking too much Zinc.I tend to have a sensitive stomach, especially when travelling, but I've just been on a long coach trip abroad and my stomach was fine, so it seems this product is proving beneficial.

These are 1 day, small, easy to swallow capsules that seem odourless and tasteless to me.I gather that is it better when probiotics don't need to be refrigerated, something to do with them being more likely to get to the right place in you digestive system, so I've read. Taking probiotics is a beneficial thing to do for many health concerns but they need to get to the right area of you digestive track without getting killed by your stomach acid first.I was reading an article just yesterday that said that probiotics could even help with your brain function, but I'll be happy if they help with my acid reflux as my prescription meds aren't enough. They may also help with liver function and since I also suffer from Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) they may also help me with that too. Here's hoping.

These are great supplement tablets for your immune and gut health as by many research is related. It contains bio CFU, inulin and some vitamins. You just need to take 1 tablet a day which is great for the person like me who forgets things easily and is hard to keep up with tablets. It is easy to swallow. Tub contains 90 capsules so it gives you 3 month supply, which I think is great for the price.

I’m using a number of Desejr supplements from this Danish brand and been really happy with them. They are reasonable priced whilst not compromising quality. If they can be made vegan they can and they use vegetarian shell capsules which is appreciated. You also get a very long expiry date of a couple of almost 3 years so plenty of time to use. The capsules are of a size that are easy enough to swallow. They comes boxed with a container inside.You get 90 capsules here and the recommended daily serving is 1 so this should last you around 3 month. You are getting a decent dosages here and a mix of 10 different strains.With the current voucher on the product page it makes it even better value for money. Certainly one to consider. Nice and easy to take and no refrigeration required.

These pills actually do work! After years of having to take several lactase pills before meals, these one à day capsules have solved the problem. Couldn't be more pleased.
