The people who were leaving 1 star sound like they ZERO experience w/dog ownership. Nothing short of a full wash & rinse with a hose is going to get a paw perfectly clean. You can use this wet or dry. If you need to get crusty-dirt off a paw after a hike, use it dry to "twist brush" the dirt that comes off easily. Use it wet with pet shampoo and water and you'll release enough dirt to be able to empty canister, refill with fresh water and rinse,THEN towel dry. You need patience and practice training your pet to get used to it. Nothing is going to be a "miracle cleaner" out of the box. For the price, I think it's better than just about any alternative which typically ends up a wetter dog, longer process and frustrated human. I have used this with 3 Goldens and a Blue Heeler on a horse farm. Sure beats a hose down and towel dry! I've just ordered for family members because I think it's a great tool.

I was a skeptic and thought to myself, there is no way that this gadget would work on my mostly White Cavachon. This gadget made a believer out of me. I am OCD about having a clean house and floors. I have spent thousands on vacuum cleaners and robot vacuums over the last few years. This thing does what it claims. My dog loves to walk on the grass and refuses to stay on the sidewalk, so she always manages to get her paws dirty on every walk. I despise having to wash my dog's paws every time we return and have used rags, disposable wipes, and paper towels to clean her paws. My dog's paws are clean and so are my floors. Easy to use and simple. I like it!

I like the concept but my frenchies don’t. One of them likes to go outside and express her authority with the neighbor dog in the back of the yard by kicking up the grass and dirt. I thought this was a good idea to wash their paws before they enter the house. They don’t think so. I still thinks it a good product just have to get them used to using it. Instead of just running back into the house.

I got this paw cleaner for my medium-sized dog after he kept tracking mud into the house from running around outside. It worked good for cleaning his paws. The silicone bristles inside got the mud off easily without irritating him, and the large size fit his paws well. I just added a bit of water, swirled his paw around, and dried it with one of the three absorbent towels that came with it. The towels are nice and soak up the water quickly. It’s a simple tool that saves me a lot of cleanup inside. Good buy for any dog owner dealing with muddy paws.

i love this thing. i bought it for my dogs because their paws get so so dirty after just one walk and we have light carpet and a white couch. we’ve tried boots and socks but they end up being kicked off and my paw shy dog won’t even let us think about putting shoes on him, and washing their paws in the tub every time we walked them was getting old. this was quick and very efficient, and so cheap! it also came with a bunch of other little things that weren’t pictured. my favorite extras were the 3 small microfiber towels, they’re very soft on the paws and work very well, dried their paws almost instantly. i included a picture of how dirty the water was after using this thing on both my dogs. i have a 8lb chihuahua and a 15lb poodle mix, it was a good size for both of them. i just used a dollop of pet shampoo and water.note: i don’t recommend filling it with as much water as i used, it ended up splashing all over the floor lol

Our dog regularly steps into his own... well, poop. This thing works wonders. Some warm water & a drop of soap & his paws are clean in less then a minute. It is iffy on the nails, but the brush get between his paw pads easily. It's comfortable enough for our aging doggo. The extra little towels are great for drying his paws off. The added bath scrubber however, tiny bit of a let down when using it. I have small hands so even the tightest adjustment slips off or just pops off.

TOTALGAME CHANGER!Keeps our k-9's paws from bringing in unwanted dirt & bacteria into house.easy to clean. I wish it had a mechanism where you twist cup and the inside would spin with a higher momentum but it works as is just a bit difficult at times. The overall value/quality is decent I think I'd have liked it more if it was a little cheaper. The towels aren't really towel type material but more so like a minky typ blanket.

This works well! Unfortunately this was too small for my golden retriever but I have a smaller 30 lb mix that it works perfectly for. This has become an absolute midwestern springtime staple haha. Easy to assemble/disassemble for cleaning the cup itself. It also came with some other goodies like silicone toothbrushes
