I was worried...
I was worried that this wouldn't be a good product because the seller emailed me and really wanted to handle any issues directly. BUT the light is awesome! Absolutely no problems with it and no issue installing it! On a side note, the black chain parts are plastic. I thought I would notice it, but you really can't tell at all once it is up!Overall, great product and service for an excellent price!

Customer service was great
Picture doesn't do it justice. It's beautiful. This was a gift. The first item came and had problems with one of the sockets. Customer service was great to work with, got it replaced and up and running. This was a gift for my dad, he loves it. So does my mom and her opinion is really the one who counts even though it was a gift for him😃

Inaccurate Listing, Cheap Product
This light is very poor quality. It is not made of any real glass and there is very little metal. It is mostly plastic and something that resembles hot glue for the sauder. My package did not come with everything needed to actually hang it up. I don't know if I got the wrong rod but the shade sat lower than the listing indicated and the bulbs stick out the top so you can see them. This is NOT UIL listed.

Gorgeous light
This is a beautiful light. I only gave it 4 stars because it was missing a few screws, and it could have used a hook to the electrical box to hold it while being wired. But we're very pleased with the quality and appearance.

Beautiful fixture!
Purchased this for my recent renovated kitchen, a great addition. No photo since it is not installed yet. Gorgeous colors and seems to be well constructed. Customer service is very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful Chandelier
Pictures do not show how beautiful the chandelier is. You do have to hire an electrician to install it. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Beware!! Don't buy.
Beware of this seller! Nice looking products but suspicious quality. Bought this fixture and later found out (too late for return) that electrical did not meet US standards. You've been warned.
