This stuff is great! It is an easy way to get your vegetables as well as much needed energy and balancing your body's acidity.The carton comes with 30 packets which should be taken daily with water. You can use 8oz or 20oz of water depending on your preference. I like drinking it with larger quantities of water due to the fact that it mixes better and isn't as sweet tasting. The flavor may not be super appealing for everyone but I have no problens with it. I don't have to choke it down, I can drink it very easily.They offer two flavors - Citrus and Berry. ALWAYS get berry. It is so much more drinkable than the citrus. Also the product is available in a bulk powder which is usually cheaper but less convenient.This will be my second month taking it and I can say I can feel a big difference. My focus is better, I feel more energetic and also trims up my waistline!I've recommended this to many many people and they all love it, so I will for sure recommend it to my friends on Amazon :)A little advice though, I would order these from the It Works site rather than a 3rd party retailer. The manufacturer sells it for $30 for 30 packets if you do a 3 month auto shipment which can be cancelled after the 3rd month. Other retailers are selling the same quantity for $60! Why pay double? But that's just my personal opinion.Try it out. Drink it every day. Feel the difference!

This product is very strong and works great, I only need a little to get a boost for my day! Improved my memory, gave me lots of energy, drink lots of water after using. I work a job that requires lots of lifting and am on my feet 10 hrs, per night 4 days a week and this definitely helped me get through my night. I add it to a blend of fruits and vegis. in a juicer machine prior to reporting to work at night along with other vitamin supplements I take. I personally noticed a weight loss and this product curbed my craving for sugar, do not use this close to bed time or you will not be able to sleep. I am an older woman so a little goes a long way for me- READ the label and follow the advise printed on it.

The only problem I have is that on the directions it doesn't say how often you should use it. It has a great taste and very convenient for me to take to work. I just really need to know if there are benefits to more than once a day or if it would cause one to get sick if they use it more than once a day.

I've tried several samples of this product and these do not taste anything like what i tried. Yuck.Update: I wanted to use up the product since it was expensive, but I could not handle the rancid taste. It tasted almost as if the product expired years ago. Then I tried mixing it into my smoothies and ended up with the worst stomach ache. Please do your research and be aware that this could also happen to you.

These are great. They keep you regular. That is what I was looking for. They taste good enough. I keep them in my motor home, because it is easier than keeping a jar, and if I forget to take them, I have some in my purse.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it tastes great, however I never got the burst of energy everyone speaks about.

I initially tried/purchased this product at a party I hosted to support a friend, as she was starting A new venture.Turns out i just love the product!!I love water , period and adding the berry flavored veggies nice change up. Second AWESOME benefit I found to be Extremely Helpful is the HELP with stomach issues.

I tried a box of 30 of the It Works! Greens (berry)For me personally, the taste of this was absolutely disgusting. That's just me... I was able to try another flavor from a friend and it was just as bad. Regardless of what you mix this in, the taste over powers everything else. I took it straight mixed in water, mixed with a protein drink, mixed with juice and I just couldn't get it down. It doesn't mix well and the very last drink always was filled with gritty stuff. I even mixed in a magic bullet and it didn't help.After 30 days I truly felt no different and dreaded each time I had to drink this.
