I have been ordering these through this company for a few years now. The halibut is excellent. My only complaint is that every once in a while, the "vacuum sealed" packaging of one of the individual halibuts will be not fully sealed. Given that halibut is expensive as all get out in general, that can be annoying. But, I don't know that would be any different with any other company shipping halibut by mail.
