I tried another brand of maca, and the results were unbearable - horrible stomach pain day and night, just excruciating. Switched to this brand and have been happy with it. (It does still irritate my stomach sometimes, so I try to take it with food). I don't know how to describe it, exactly, but maca is not an energy burst like caffeine or other stimulants. For me, it's far better. I simply feel like I can get through the day. After taking it for a few weeks, I noticed I was much more likely to accomplish my work tasks without feeling overwhelmed, and I'd be on my feet all day prepping food or cleaning or finding new projects to do, instead of sitting on the couch feeling exhausted. And above all else, the POSITIVE MOOD. Oh my gosh. This is the most invaluable effect. As someone who has struggled mightily with depression and anxiety for years, I cannot believe I have gone so long without this stuff. Sometimes I just look around and think, "Life is good" - even when there are stressful things going on around me. I feel generally more positive about life, which is something not even antidepressants, therapy, and exercise could accomplish.A few warnings:- I do notice this product can exacerbate irritability. At the end of a long day, I'm quite snappish (even if I don't FEEL cranky). This may just be related to my body getting used to all the excess activity. Being mindful of the increased irritability helps.- Maca seems to tick off my digestive system, so I'm bloated and gassy literally ALL THE TIME. But I've decided it's worth the payoff. If I have to go up one pants size, it could be worse.- These pills STINK. My god, I hate opening the bottle and getting that first whiff. But hey, down the hatch and it's all good.Interestingly, maca is so often touted for libido enhancement, and while I had a MASSIVE upward swing in libido for the first week or so (seriously, y'all, it was all I could think about), the effects tapered off and I have not noticed a difference since. But the positive mood is a huge step in the right direction for libido anyway!Finally, an unexpected effect that I am thrilled with - my sleep quality has noticeably improved. (Again, could just be the increased activity, but I don't think so - I used to exercise to the point of exhaustion yet never slept like this.) I have chronic insomnia, and while I still need medication to fall asleep, I suddenly find that I wake up feeling refreshed. FOR REAL. Like, "Okay, I'm awake now, that was nice. Time to get up and start the day!" For ages I've had trouble getting out of bed, never felt rested, and simply dreaded mornings (and nights). It's definitely not a coincidence that this happened after 3-4 weeks of maca. I have battled these energy/mood/sleep issues for 10+ years and tried everything. I mean everything. And I was not aware of this potential benefit, so there were no psychosomatic symptoms here. It just happened, and blew me away.I sincerely hope this supplement keeps up the amazing work. I'll probably try to do extended breaks here and there, just in case. I went into it with zero expectations and I'm so thrilled with the results, I wonder why I wasted my time and money on anything else!

Like many people, I was very sceptical of fake ad's and fake reviews. However, after reading many genuine reviews, I came to the conclusion that this product works for most people. I purchased one to try along with the Panax Ginseng from USA and it works wonders. Higher energy. Natural erections at night time. Not as powerful as viagra but works half as good. I take 2 tablets in the morning with breakfast and 1 tablet in the evening with dinner. It gives me sustained energy levels and higher concentration. I can attend boring meetings without falling asleep. Love how it's natural. I have tried other brands from chemist which don't seem to work! You should feel the effect of this product after one day.

Had so much hope for these..the quality seems good so it's prob just me but no difference felt whatsoever. Wanted so badly to have a libido boost (hsbnd did too), but nope. Can't say that it's helped in any other area either🤷. I'm 46 and never experienced a low libido til the past couple of yrs, I went from a very healthy sex life to no interest at all..even a lil put off by it😭. I waited til the bottle is almost gone to write this review to give it plenty of time.Edit..when I stopped taking I noticed a huge difference in my mood and pms symptoms. I decided to go back on it for those reasons alone. It really does keep my mood/emotions stable. Still no libido or energy boost to speak of but it's worth it's weight in gold for the other benefits. It does take a couple weeks to get in and out off your system. This is a really good brand but I did switch to a brand that has all 3 (yellow, black and red) bc I've needed to gain a few pounds pretty much my whole life and w the addition of the red maca in my new brand I've gained and maintained an extra 5lbs..and in all the right places! The new brand I've been using is Peruvian Naturals. Maca has become a wonderful staple in my regimen, it keeps me chill and stable. My libido got somewhat better but that was due more to collagen, sea buckthorn and such.
