I just bought this and I love it already . I feel so much better . I hadn’t had a calcium pill in two weeks so this was a lifesaver . You take three a day and get 77 percent of the dv of calcium plus added nutrients neccesary for good bone health .

I finally have regulated, deep, eight hour sleep nights!
I have been taking these supplements for about six months and for the first time ever I have about eight solid hours of sleep per night and never wake up tired or groggy. I have always had about 5 hours of sleep per night as my norm and I have always awakened unrested. It’s amazing how lacking certain nutrients can affect the body in such a major way and one small tweak can change everything! I will continue to use this product, and it is a plus that it contains other vitamins and nutrients.

Loving these. As a vegan It's hard to get enough calcium regularly, this makes it easy for me to stay on top of my calcium consumption. I can feel these after about half an hour after taking them. If you're looking for a calcium a source that is loaded with other essential vitamins, these might be your go to! Warning they are a larger vitamin.
