I'm English but live in the USA. I'm thrilled to finally find ORIGINAL Jakeman's Menthol Lozenges on Amazon! They are on the left in the photo... big, black ovals. I don't care for the small brown Anise flavored ones (on the right) at all. I find them very 'weak' and almost tasteless compared to the originals. These are excellent and really clear the nose and sinuses.

One of the best losenges for cough! I had this terrible cough in dec 2025 and it refused to go away untill I had a couple of these.
