Great Security Cameras a- Great Service!
I have several of their 4MP and 5 MP solar powered cameras and they have performed excellent!! It works during the day and night vision at night. We live on a 6 acre lot in higher altitude and it rains a lot here but cameras are always charged ready to go. The pictures are really good during the day but can be hard to see on a rainy night as one would expect with night vision. There are many settings you can choose via the Reolink app. The motion sensor also adds to the security system and can also be customized for what you need. I have been running the cameras for over a year and so far so good. Had one issue with one camera as it stopped responding and wouldn’t get on line but Reolink quickly replaced it (after sending the one I had back).Customer service is excellent!! Very quick responses and their team makes you feel like they listen and care about resolving any issues you may.I would highly recommend any of their products!!

It works well and hav clear vision
I got this camera installed yesterday for our vacation home. It connected to wifi easily and is easy to use with the iPhone app. I like the night vision, it works very well. also appreciate the ability to rotate the camera. Time will tell if the solar panel is sturdy enough to withstand some wind here in FL.

Great camera, poor instructions.
The camera was great, the quick start instructions were terrible.I had trouble getting it set up but I finally figured out what to do. I used the Windows app to set up the camera, and it told me to input the UID. I didn't know what this was and where to find the UID. The instructions didn't tell me. I used Microsoft Copilot AI and it told me where to find the UID; it said it would be on the bottom of the camera and that the UID code would start with 9527, and sure enough it was there. Again no mention of this in the instructions or on the app.Another problem was that the device failed to connect to the wifi. So this required pushing a reset button with a special tool, that resembles a needle with plastic handle on the end, that you insert into a hole on the camera to do this. It took a bit of handling and moving the camera around on it's base to locate the hole. The instructions mentioned very little of this, but there were diagrams showing the parts included and one showing where things were on the camera body. After pushing the reset button I was finally able to get it to connect to my wifi, and it can connect to either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz wifi. The windows app tells you to enter the information for the wifi, but the field for the SSID of the network didn't specifiy that it wanted the SSID, it just said WiFi and then password below it. So once I entered ther SSID (which is the name of the wifi network) and the passcode, it connected ok.I noticed an item on the app called calibration and that adjusted the orientation of the camera and did some other calibration steps moving the camera to it's limits in pan and tilt.So apart from the quick start instructions being poor, the camera does work very well, and the picture quality is excellent. Given the low cost for such a high quality piece of tech, it's an outstanding value. The app controls the camera very well in pan and tilt. To zoom in or out, you use the scroll wheel on the mouse. When zoomed in on something, you can move the zoomed in area around using the mouse. If you double click the image in the app, it will go to a screen that can show multiple cameras at the same time. So if I decide to add more cameras later, I can view them all in one place at the same time, or cycle through each camera sequentially. Many brands of security cameras require an internet connection in order to work, and I find that extremely limiting especially when my internet connection goes out. Also those brands that require an internet connection tend take a lot longer to connect to the camera. The Reolink cameras can connect to the Reolink web site, but this is optional and not required to use the camera. Consequently, the Reolink camera connects very quickly like in about one second or less.If it wasn't for the poor startup instructions I would give this camera 5 stars easily. It's a great buy. If you decide to get one, hopefully my comments here will help you get started with it.

Perfect for putting in a tree
This camera is easy to setup and use. I love the fact that you can set points and rotate to each of them via the app.The size is nice and small and the image quality is amazing for the price.Easy to mount in a tree

customer support was no help, camera kept disconnecting
better cameras out there, dont be fooled by all the ads. These things are buggy as hell. Ultimately the only solution customer support can offer is to return it, which i did, twice. Spent days trying to get this thing to stay connected, when I put that camera in its final position, it would disconnect at random times, sometimes in the middle of the night, then a beep and start up languages would come thru the built in speaker,,,,OUTSIDE so my neighbors could hear it. Again, climbed a ladder, retrieved it, brought it back inside, restarted, reset, scanned the QR ,,,and set it inside for a day,,,worked fine, put it outside even closer to my router, and presto, same stuff, disconnected, beep sounds, languages for start up...so I found that glass was this cameras kryptonite, it dont like it. Which is pretty pathetic since it works thru plywood when I put it down stairs on my work bench. But installing it outside, fully charged, fully reset, fully working.....bammm, disconnect. Get another camera, anything but this piece of garbage. WYZE camera was my choice and has been working flawlessly for a week, easy setup, good features with pan and track....and far cheaper.

Great camera
It's a little expensive but the video quality is great. The solar panel charges very fast and the charge lasts for several weeks. I would recommend it to anyone.
