Love this tea! I bought the Organic black tea blend and love the taste. I was used to having larger tea leaves but the finely ground worked well and produced a dark tea color. Taste was great. Looking forward to trying other varieties.

I recently took a fermentation class and learned all about fermented things, including kombucha. The instructor brought several homebrewed samples for class and I was surprised to taste the difference between home-brewed kombucha and the commercially made stuff in the stores (didn't think I liked kombucha!). Instructor gave us a scoby to take home, and I found this blend to try. I like that it is organic, which is important to many a kombucha maker. It's a good value for the money, as I can make several batches from one bag. I also like that there are different blends to try, as the flavor profiles can be changed. Instructions on the back of the bag were very clear and helpful! And the ratio is spot on. Will def buy more as I become more versed in making kombucha!

Well, this is the best thing I found for my gut. I don’t have the gut discomfort, extra trips to the bathroom anymore. This is a great tea and just bought 2 pounds which should last me awhile. We’ve already been recommending it to our friends.
