Hi. This bike unfortunately isn't worth the money. It takes around 8hrs to charge and only works for about an hr and a half straight. I had to purchase a battery charger for it for whenever I can't plug it in somewhere and charge it. You must carry the chargers with you at all times. If its a short trip in your neighborhood then its fine for about an hr. If its between classes, just get a regular bike. This isn't worth the money. And the tire blew. I have to order a new tube or whatever. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! Don't do it to yourself.

So far a battery charger died and rear hub assembly making lot of noise and chain is rubbing assembly

Bike broke before 1 year. They refused to refund the full amount. DYU and I agreed on 70% refund. After I mailed back the bike, they only refunded 50%. This company stole from me.

We really like the V1, the looks and the ride, bur after 100 miles the battery just decided to die, it was after just 1 month of having it, contacted DYU and they did helped diagnose that the Battery had gone bad, but they did not offer a replacement not even a discount for a new battery, they said because I bought it thru Amazon, it was Amazon warranty that I should use, Amazon said after 30 days there was no returns, have 2 other ebikes that bought at the same time, they are still going strong, I will stay away from DYU from now, and check Amazon return policy before buying.
