Yes, except for the dryer. Sturdy table, convenient basket under the table, arm that clamps well on both ends and 2 harnesses. I would recommend.

is the 36" ok for my 68lb border collie?

I have Collies, around 50 lbs. I have the 46" version and would not recommend the 36" for your Boarder Collie. The beauty of having two harnesses is that with my younger dogs I can put the table against a wall for better control, then after grooming on one noose, I flip the dog to the other and groom the other side. That way the opposite side is always against the wall. Even if you groomed from both sides, the 36" would just be too small in your situation. Also, these tables fold up but the hardware and the table is very stout. No shaking. I have had and built a few tables and this is a really great setup. Randy

They are notched so as you fold out the legs they lock in position.
