I used this iron in a hotel and was impressed with how well it performed. Definitely read the instructions and only fill with water to the fill line or you will get water leaking during pressing. Love the light to help see the surface you're ironing better. So far Its my favorite iron in 30 years and my last two irons were the expensive $100+ ones!

I used this iron at a hotel in Washington D.C. and felt it ironed very well, especially the vertical steam function that allow the iron to be used as a clothes steamer while your clothes are hanging on a hanger.So I was initially disappointed when the vertical steam button would not work on the model I got from Amazon. I think I pushed the button 100 times and no steam came out. Same with the spray button. No water. Even though the vertical steam button should work when the iron is pointed straight up towards the ceiling, I experimented and it seems you need to first hold the iron horizontally, then point the tip of the iron down and slightly to the left while pressing both the steam button and the spray button alternately. This seems to allow the water to prime the pumps of both buttons and then after that both buttons should work. Now that both buttons work, it is just like my hotel experience.

This iron was in a hotel I stayed at and normally hotel irons are the worst. I used this iron and was like, whoa baby. I wondered why it would have an led light on it since, you know, typically I don’t iron in the dark but I quickly found out why as I ran this bad boy over my pants and the led light exposed all the little wrinkles.I ordered the iron that morning before I left the hotel room. Let me tell ya, this bad mutha don’t play when it comes to wrinkles, heats up quickly, doesn’t leak, temp control is perfect and the cord is LONG. It’s the perfect iron.

It is an iron. Used this one at a hotel and loved it, but the one I received does leak water after filling and when using. Filling it in the sink faucet is a bit cumbersome, so use a cup to fill it. Needed an iron so I will keep it.

The first time I saw this iron was at a hotel me and my wife stayed at. I like it so I purchase it. But they need to work on that retractable cord. Doesn't go all the way back in.

I bought iron on June 3rd. August 21st iron does not work.
