LEGO Classic Creative Builder Box 10703 (Amazon Exclusive)

My grandson loves to play with Legos when he comes to our house. We have lots of sets that are specific to a theme but only a few that are general in nature (including the blocks I have kept from my children for more than 30 years.) He's now almost four years old and after seeing the Lego movie, he has expressed his desire to become a Master Builder. For that I needed to pick up more of the classic bricks.I picked this set up on a Prime day special. This set has a good variety of colors (especially those that I do not have from my older blocks) and many unusual shapes. These shapes include many doors, arches, ladders, windows, tall and fairly large, flat surfaces. The colors are from the rainbow and even include some transparent blocks and windows. There aren't any wheels in this set but we have also purchased another Classic set that has wheels but few windows, so they compliment each other well.These is a great first start for us to play with him though we are glad to have purchased the set with wheels, too. He came to visit yesterday and spent almost the whole day with this set, building mostly from his own imagination though he also used the included ideas booklet, too. By the end of the day, he excitedly told him mother that he (and Nana and Papa) were now Master Builders!My older sets work with the new blocks and the quality is outstanding as usual. I know that when I invest in Legos that they will stand the test of time. My grandchildren are playing with blocks from 30 years ago and I suspect that generations ahead will still be playing with those and these new classic sets as well.

As expected anything that says LEGO on it is expensive. This was a 100$ for a small box with little baggies in it. It was a gift for my daughter's b-day. When she opened it I felt a pain in my backside like I had just been taken advantage of.She plays with them constantly and I hope she gets alot of mileage out of them as that pain in my backside recedes. Everything is good quality as always with LEGO but seriously....100$ for a small box of plastic LEGO???? I'm done, no more.

My 3 1/2 yr old had gotten bored with large blocks. We got him this for Christmas. Lots of cool things to build. Theres only a few instructions included, the rest are available online at lego's site. It's cool to watch him learn and follow directions. We pulled up the .PDF on his kindle fire for him to swipe after he completes each step!ADVICE: Get a storage bin!! Parents: let them play on a table, it's easier to scoop pieces off table into a container. They are so hard to pickup off the floor!

My son really likes Lego's and he enjoys this set. It is fairly reasonably priced for the number of bricks you get. I might make this a 5 star with some different brick choices.

I purchased these to keep at my house for the grandchildren to play with when they visit. They are a big hit and they play with them every time they are here. I have added smaller sets but this is a nice set on it's own. They are worth the cost.

My 3 & 5 yrs old loves it! You could never go wrong with legos! Hours of fun without any screen time involved. My 5yrs old is into building + drawing cities and towns so this collection was great! My 3yrs old enjoyed adding details to his house such as flowers and fences, and a 3rd and 4th door lol, all of which is included in this set.

Great product, just in much smaller than expected. Easy to swallow for small children

You know how sometimes you're building something with LEGOs and you're like "damn I wish I had some more windows"? Well, this set won't completely solve that problem, but it will certainly help. You'll get all kinds of windows. Maybe not that really specific one that was going to make your model of Falling Water stand out at the LEGO show in August, but at least the ones that will let you finish that house knowing that your minifigs will have plenty of sunlight without exposing them to the elements. They still won't have a bathroom, but they'll be good to go on vitamin D.

En mi opinion es el mejor set de lego classic. Lo tiene todo. Se arman muchas edificaciones. Si compras 2 set iguales puedes hacer los frentes y las partes traseras de casas o ampliar los que ya tienes. A mis niños les encanto. El precio fue excelente ya que lo compre en oferta. Voy a esperar otra vez las rebajas y comprare otros 2.

I love Lego Classic sets. They are much cheaper than themed sets. This set is one of the best for building houses, lots of windows.

El mejor juguete de bloques, Lego siempre calidad. Este paquete trae varias piezas para armar de forma libre, sin instructivo, para que liberes tu imaginación, en mi opinión, el mejor juguete para niños. Me gustaría que sacaran cubetas para guardar las piezas como antes, las cajas de cartón se maltratan muy rápido.

My little 5-year-old loves building Lego houses. He kept running short of the correct king of bricks. This set solved that problem.
