I have not used these yet, but was amazed when I received these. They are very heavy duty pans and the lids fit perfectly. I will post an update once I use them to bake in.

I treated myself (finally!) to some really good quality stainless steel baking pans, and these are wonderful. They have a nice sturdy weight and bake my food evenly. I was afraid food might stick and be hard to release, but that's not the case at all. And the lids are so handy to have. I'll never go back to peeling toxic nonstick coated baking pans that dent easily - these have such a clean, pure feeling and the quality is the best.

Love these pans. Cooks evenly. The covers are great, no more using foil that often sticks to the food. Easy to clean. The covers were difficult to remove at first but are much easier to use now. I highly recommend these pans for baking cakes, small casseroles etc...
