Honestly, best 3rd part joy cons
Honestly, I was kind of skeptic at first getting 3rd party joy cons. But the reviews this one had and only for 36$, wasn't really gonna hurt me giving it a try. Honestly, the shells feel smoother than the plastic on the OG joy cons / the joy stick feels sturdier / paired nicely / worked as described. However for some reason the right joy con (Blue) was being detected as red? I don't mind but its something that kinda bothered me. But at the end they work great, feel nice, and are honestly better than the Joy Cons I got out the box.Pros:InexpensiveHas all the basic featuresWorks greatJoy Stick feels sturdier than original Joy ConsCons:No Amibo :(The vibrations are a bit over the top depending on the game. For Smash Bros, Splatoon 2, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it worked fine.UPDATING! These controllers are really annoying to update. I've tried looking for the manufacture "customer service" and ask how to update the controllers but couldn't find it. When you try to update them, they don't work.Overall 8/10. They're cheap 3rd party joy cons. Its easy to expect they don't have every single feature available. But for the price, its kinda worth it even though its lacking features.

Worth It, better than I imagined
I have faced joy-con drift on 4 of my official joy-cons so far, and I didn't want to buy another set. I was very hesitant for a while on buying these but I am so surprised with the result. When I first attached them to my switch they were pressing down somehow without my input, but once I turned my switch off and then on again they worked perfectly fine. So it was just an issue with the initial use, and once I turned my switch on and off they were flawless. I even checked the calibration in the settings and the joysticks work exactly as expected. What is even cooler, is when I loaded up Animal Crossing the game recognized them as the official Animal Crossing joy-cons, and the game provided me with the Animal Crossing colored switch as an in-game gift. The Switch controller menu even recognizes their color. As far as my switch can tell they are the official set which is an even greater value than I anticipated.I am very happy with how well this product turned out!

They are just a bit off.
UPDATE: seller reached out to acknowledge that the pair of controllers I got were defective, and offered a full refund.I bought these controllers not realizing they are off-brand. That isn't something that bothers me, as long as they work well, but I have had a couple of issues with the controllers.1. They are completely unusable for one particular game. It seems like the joystick calibration is messed up or something, because when I play Breath of the Wild, the screen view is constantly slowly rotating. It is dizzying and unpleasant. That said, it is completely unnoticeable in some other games.2. Kind of minor, but these controllers vibrate way harder and louder than the actual nintendo joycon controllers. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.Other than that the controllers look and feel like the real thing. Who knows, maybe I just got a defective one.

Likely defective set
Updated, after replacement (4 stars):I received my replacement yesterday. This one works fine. No issues with any of the buttons. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because it doesn't show they are charging on charging ports (the lights don't light up red or green on my separate charger) and you can't wake up the switch with this controller set. You will have to use another set or wake it up manually. Of course, if you mainly use it while portable, you won't have any issues as it will charge on the unit itself and you will have it in your hands to wake it up.Original Review (1 star):I love the colors and price but I believe the right con is defective. I have to hit the B button four times before it may work. Makes the set unusable in any game requiring that button.

Good for overall control, but poor haptics
The joysticks on my original controllers have gotten a bit wonky, so I got these as a substitute. For that, they worked great. However, they seem to totally over-amplify any haptic feedback, so that, for example, the subtle cues in Skyrim to guide lockpicking became just a cacophany of buzzing. So they're not the ideal solution I was looking for. Depending on the games you play, that might or might not be an issue.

Great Alternative
Loved the way the controllers feel, just like the official product but with more options for colors and styles!

Great value controller but the vibration makes loud noise
Great value controller if you don't want to spend $80 for the Nintendo ones. But when it vibrates it makes a louder noise than the original ones. I hated it at first but got a bit used to it later.

Looks official
These are not Nintendo products as they are off brand. However they look like the real deal. They feel like the official Nintendo joycons and they work just as good. For half the price this was a steal. I recommend them.
