Might received an old one
I opened and used the clear glaze, but the product is defective. No matter how much I stirred, the lumps would not dissolve, and it left crystal-like residue on the surface, ruining my work. A normal product should not do this way. It seems like I received an old or improperly stored item. I would like to return it. Very disappointed.

White or clear
This glaze also needs 3 coats, 2 just looked thin. 3 coats should be good, applied with a brush

cracked :(
not sure if i just mixed it wrong or something like that, but this glaze came out of the kiln with little cracks! Its a great clear color otherwise though, didn't cause any cloudiness over underglaze. Hoping for a succesful attempt next time because i still have a giant bag of glaze powder left.

Disastrous
This glaze RUINED the four pieces I used it on. Even after thoroughly mixing with a milk frother, it left white clumps on the them. Will never use again.

This glaze is prone to crazing
I used this clear glaze on several mugs. Tried in in Laguna b mix, a mid fire porcelain, and a white stoneware. I glazed some all in clear - inside and outside and I glazed some in Amaco celadon on the inside and penquin clear in the outside. Most of the clear glaze crazed and none of the Amaco crazed. I’ve never had crazing, ever. I mixed the clear per their directions for a dipping glaze and fired at my usual slow fire cone 6 program. This glaze is not stable and not reliable. It has a chemical formulation problem and I am going to get rid of it. I would not recommend using this glaze, unless you want your pottery to craze on purpose and that’s the look you are going for.

It will smell up your room.
I mix the stuff and after it sets, it ends up smelling like very bad smell., swamp smell.
