how to adjust the call? mine sounds too high pitch.

You're going to want to watch a few video's on how to do this. I would start by taking a magic marker and marking the reed with a dot on top. This way it will always be right side up when you put it in. Take a very good look at the exact position on the tone board. It only takes very tiny changes to affect the sound. You just have to move it back and forth to get it right. It can be tough. Temperature and weather affect the sound in the field. I normally take 3 with me and use the best sounding one that day. Good luck.

What does Ha-Yardel-Feets mean?

It means nothing. I called Haydel myself and asked. They said its just a seller/sellers trying to get the searches to come up separate from their product. Our product title for this is actually Haydel The Deceiver Double Reed Mallard Duck Call, but you will see what you see because Aazon uses a unified catalog and they were the first to put it up.
