Great for my Bialetti Brikka and Moka pots. Great for saucepans too
Works great. It allows me to use my Bialetti and Alessi moka pots for my morning coffee without burning the handle. It prevents the bottom of the pots turn black. I wish I bought it years ago. It also helps distribut the heat more evenly in saucepans or cast iron pans.

I saw one of the videos where it shows, this iron waffle maker . Works on induction stoves.
Very disappointed to find out that is not true. Induction was my number one of buying it.

Very well made, substantial & works very well
I love this thing! I was surprised when I took it out of the box at how well made it was. I gave it a fast wash & Immediately put it on the gas stove to warm up, as instructed. My first filling was a sausage patty & some cheese. It was delicious! I've Only had It a couple of weeks & It is already saving me money because I was in the habit of walking to a local convenience store & getting their waffle sandwich. My home made ones are better & so is my coffee. So I no longer dish out nearly $10 for the sandwich & coffee 2 or 3 times per week. Great idea! I keep intending to, but have not made the Philly steak stuffed waffle yet. Cant wait. Highly recommended.

I like cast iron, heats well
I chose the cast iron option. The directions suggested putting the assembled griddle on the burner and flipping it. I chose the other option which was to heat each separately. That worked better for me. There's a learning curve to use this waffle maker. I experimented with the heat, how long to cook, how much batter to add. The instruction read "low and slow" to cook the waffle but I needed to have a "medium" heat temp with less time. I haven't been able to get a stuffed waffle cooked completely yet - middle was uncooked-but I'm confident, with practice, I'll achieve the yumminess of bread stuffed with other stuff !!!
