I cut my finger the first time i used it. You cant put a lot of ice in it and the whole process takes forever. My kids didnt seem to mind to much but id rather just use my blender does a quicker job.

The cup to catch ice arrived broken. We tried many sizes and shapes of ice to attempt to make slushis/snow cones to no avail. It took an inordinate amount of work to get out very little shave ice. I ended up pulling out the Vitamix to make slushies to appease a sad boy on Boxing Day after trying to get a treat. All of the other snow cone gear, syrups and holders, worked but the actual apparatus to make them.

Great product
Bought it for my daughter and she loves it. It's sturdy, easy to grind the ice to slush and keeps her occupied for hours. Great product.

Great inexpensive gift for kids
This is super easy to use and clean up. My 11 year old uses this all the time. This is basically an ice grinder. You need to add your own liquid flavoring to the ice chips. My kids love to use it.
