If you want to buy just one set, this one is great. After having babies, I needed something to strengthen the insides of my thighs. This has helped a lot so far. I love how the ankle straps are really comfortable and they give 2 for if you want to use both legs at one go. So far I've only really used the green and red one as the others are too weak or too strong for my preference. I'm not upto the stage where I add more than one together so I can comment on that. My therapist told me to strengthen my back muscles and they gave me one of those rubber stretch bands. I prefer this black stretcher they have included. It is easy and comfortable to hold and it is a great tightness. I definitely recommend this set to anyone who wants a kind of all in one.

Bought these to help my son with strength training for baseball as well as to change up my own workout routine every so often. Needless to say they did not disappoint. My son went from being in the bottom 1/4 of the team in arm strength to the top 4 in about a month. Started out with the minimum 10 pound and worked up to 20 using some of the exercises included on the sheets as well as ones we found online. The bands themselves are made of durable rubber and easily take up to the repetitive motion stress we put them to. We've secured them on fences, around posts, and stood on them without any damage occur to the tube or the grips. I've used them to change up my chest, arm, and leg workout and haven't felt a burn like that in quite some time. The ability to clip on my weight without having to swap handles greatly speeds up my transitions while working out. They worked so well that I bought a pair for my neighbor as he kept stealing mine! On our way to beach ready thanks to these bands! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Originally I had given these bands a bad review because after about two months of normal use, one developed a tear. But then something interesting happened: I spoke to the company and got a great customer service response. The broken band was replaced right away! The other bands have been working great, and I have some even older ones from this company that are still going strong. So I think I just had a fluke with that one band.I'm glad it was resolved so easily, because other than that one incident, I love these things. After a rotator cuff injury, it took me a long time to feel safe enough to do exercises again, and these bands were a perfect re-introduction to get me moving. The multiple sizes mean you can work your way up gradually--and the multiple handles (and ankle straps) mean you have a ton of versatility in how you use them. And they are so much cheaper than gym fees (or buying weights for yourself)!
