I genuinely appreciated their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The only minor point to note is that there is an additional charge for the aluminum foil. While it's not a major concern, it's good to be aware of this cost in advance. Overall, my chimney installation experience was exceptional, thanks to the installer's expertise and helpfulness.
